Best Garage Floor in Phoenix AZ

My family lives in one of the historic districts of Phoenix. We had Homework Remodels convert our old garage into a guestroom. The work entailed adding a bathroom, plumbing, electric, storage. Steve and his team did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him for any work.

Absolutely a joy to work with! The Design team were excellent listeners, answered our questions, and translated our dreams into an on-budget reality. The quality of craftmenship for tile installation, plumbing, drywall and paint was top-notch five star perfection. Our foreman, Will, deserves an extra five stars just for himself. His communication skills, attention to detail, and sense of humor made us Holtzman clients for life!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank TWD (Todd Whittaker Drywall, Inc) for another great job completed. They updated two bathrooms for me right before Christmas. Another job completed on time with the best craftsmanship, by the best craftsman and woman around.
The job was started by tearing everything out and betting everything ready for all of the new things. Isidro Ramirez and crew arrived on time and got right to work, laying down several layers of protective material on the floors. Usually this is the most dreaded part of any major rehab job. They were quick, quiet and clean. When they left after every day’s work, the work areas were all cleaned up. This was true throughout the whole job. Then it was time to frame out what was needed to be framed and install new fans, etc. Felix Farias was there. Got all of the work done early and went on to take the time to show me what he had done and how things were going to go back together. Then came the dry wall work, painting, tile and trim work.
Maria Garcia can get the dry wall up, finished and painted faster than anyone I have ever seen. Jaime Reyes and Salvador Celiz were great, paying attention to detail all the way through.
Again, great craftsmen.
Cohaco Building Specialties provided and installed all the glass and mirrors for the job. They arrived on time and got all of their work done on time and left the work sites just as clean as when they arrived.
The tub/shower walls were supplied by Patrician Marble Co. A couple adjustments had to be made to the shower walls which were taken care of quickly and with the highest level of attention to detail.
The counter tops and cabinets were installed by USP Granite LLC and Oak Tree Cabinets. Both companies did great work and are highly recommended.
All of the plumbing work was done by Bebee Plumbing. They came in and did all of the plumbing install in one day. While they were there, my water heater went out. Someone was sent out to check and see if it could be fixed. The unit had to be replaced. Bebee Plumbing sent someone out with a new unit that evening and changed out everything and I had hot water. You can’t ask for better service than that.
I would also like to give a special shout out to Donn Milton who through all of his hard work and perseverance, always keeping an eye on the schedule, kept things going. Like a well-oiled machine!
He knew how long each phase was going to take and had the next crew prepped and ready to go. All material was staged and ready to go, and there were no hold ups at all waiting on things that were needed to complete the project to arrive. He kept in constant contact with me via phone, text and email making sure everything was going well and letting me know what was going on and any updates to the schedule. A job well done!
I can not say enough about how grateful I am to TWD for the great work they have done at my house over the many years and many projects they have completed for me. They have worked in my home both when I was there and when I was gone. I trust them completely! All of their workers are of the highest standards and trust worthiness.

Erika and her team remodeled our house in north Scottsdale. She was always on time, offered design input when needed, and managed the project even while I was remote. Her team worked hard, finished in the proper timeline and were within the budget we discussed. What more could you ask for?!! Definitely would recommend and use again!

We first met Tony, the owner of Ruidoso a few years ago when he was working for another company. At that time Tony did an outstanding job on the remodeling of our bathrooms. Since Tony has formed his own company we have used him for several jobs around our home. We are always impressed with his professionalism, his attention to detail, his knowledge of construction and his quality workmanship. He and his crew are easy to have around and easy to work with. Ruidoso excels at customer service. Tony responds quickly, arrives on time, works hard and leaves the worksite in great condition. First time home owner and never had the need for contractor services, I was taking to my neighbor and she recommended Brian Moore. Brian came out and he was very knowledgeable about the complex I live at and had done a lot of work for other people there. He inspected what we wanted done and during his time there we found out our water heater was 25 years old and a water supply valve was corroded and needed to be replaced. He knew the supply valve was the cities responsibility and we had to contact them to have that taken care of. That saved us from having a leak, money and the liability from damage to our neighbors!! We had him install new baseboard, new water heater and a scale prevention water treatment system, stretch the carpets, re-caulked the bathrooms, install new appliances and install recessed LED lighting in the kitchen and the living room. Brain and his team exceeded our expectations! The quality of work, always on time, their professionalism and the value we received was greatly appreciated. We can't wait to have Brain back for our kitchen remodel! He has earned our trust and we would recommend him to anyone.

The first time I worked on one of Project Construction LLC's jobs as a sub it was evident that Robert knew what he was doing. He's well organized, clean, and likes to work smart. Not to mention, his attention to detail is outstanding. I give this builder two thumbs up and will use him on all of my personal projects in the future.

Nick and Mustache Approved Remodeling has been great to work with. They were professional, friendly, and honest. We had them lower a bar top, and replace our counter tops and install a back splash. Everything looks great and we will definitely use Mustache Approved Remodeling in the future.

Trademasters has done several jobs for me , always prompt, curtiious and professional. They have always finished the job on time . I have always been satisified with their work.

A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

Our experience with Republic West was terrific from the moment we called them. They are very professional, courteous and budget conscious. Arthur's designs exceeded our expectation, Kathy was invaluable in helping us pick our tile and fixtures and the teams that worked in our house were wonderful. We could not recommend them enough. I met Oron from FHR when I first bought my house about a year ago. I bought the house knowing I’d expand the 2car Garage with a third Garage and had ideas for creating a very large extended storage with extra space between the old and new Garage. FHR was able to consult with me on my ideas and helped design a beautiful plan for the layout. They have connections to many different skill sets and were able to bring to bare all the resources needed for cement driveway, paver design extensions, roofing extensions, stucco matching, outer home paint matching, baseboards throughout storage and garage, doorways, interior insulation, interior painting, sealed the garage floors which look stellar, landscaping, etc.

They were licensed and bonded and anticipated much of the needs around scheduling etc to make it painless for someone who travels a great deal.

I also used them to do Travertine flooring throughout my home and they did and excellent job as well as getting me a much better deal in Tile than tgatvis was seeing otherwise

JM Contracting was recommended to us by a friend as detailed, trustworthy and honest. Josh and his team were great. The tile work is beautiful. They had great suggestions to help with cost. In comparison JM has saved us $10k at least. We have a superb new bathroom and kitchen in our Phoenix home. The renovation was completed with the utmost professionalism, minimal dirt and disturbance to the rest of the house. They were a pleasure to work with and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this business to anyone wanting a trouble-free quality renovation.

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
