Working with Eric of Authentic Custom Cabinetry helped make my kitchen remodel a breeze. He came to my house multiple times during the design phase and helped me change the layout of my kitchen. He was always available to answer any questions I had and responded quickly. Eric also helped me find other contractors for granite and cabinet installation. I am extremely happy with my new cabinets. The quality of the cabinets is evident by the use real hardwood, dovetails and soft close drawers and cupboards. I definitely recommend using Eric and authentic custom cabinets.

They were timely, professional, extremely hard working, and paid attention to every detail. I can't say enough about how happy I am with how our cabinets turned out. We used Dwell Cabinetry this summer and cannot say enough good things about this company. The Dwell team is professional, helpful, friendly, and responsive. We got exactly what we wanted they really made the process so fun and enjoyable. We love our cabinetry and the design help we got was fabulous. We also purchased a custom sliding Barn Door that has become the focal point of our home. Thank you guys so much for all of your help!!

UPDATE - June 10, 2020. Robert from Smart Systems Plus responded to my review and scheduled time to come out and look at the cabinets. He immediately scheduled the repairs and completed them per the schedule we discussed. He gave me his direct line and all is fixed and he promised quality service moving forward. MUCH APPRECIATED Robert.

I purchased garage cabinets in July of 2018 and was very happy when they installed my cabinets. On October 18th I notified them that the laminate was peeling off on 3 of the doors. After multiple emails and voicemails they finally fixed the doors in January 2019. UNACCEPTABLE Then on April 13th of 2020 I noticed another door peeling back. Sent an email on that day and now it is May 26th and after multiple voicemails and emails still no response. On my last 3 voicemails and emails I told them I would regret writing reviews but still no response. This company obviously only cares about future customers, not customers that need support. I would recommend NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I recently had my master closet designed and installed. The designer, Debby, was amazing. She was very thoughtful about the design, a true professional, taking even little things into account (like a drawer for flip flops). Terron did a fantastic job installing the closet, all by himself, in one day. And the people I've spoken to in the office are very friendly and helpful (Amy and Bridget). This is my 4th closet with Closets by Design... I have a pantry and a linen closet left, and will definitely be calling them when the time comes.

Linda and Arturo built us an amazing built-in bookcase for our living room. It was exactly what we wanted and we’ve gotten lots of compliments. High quality craftsmanship. Responsive and very friendly. Highly recommend.

I had just purchased my first home and wanted to upgrade my closets. My friend referred me to classy closets and I set up a consultation. Kristyn was amazing, she explained everything to me and made it personalized for what I was looking for. She answered all my questions early morning or late at night, she was always available. The closets were installed in less than an hour and they are amazing! There is so much extra room and it looks so organized! Kristyn checked in the day of and a few days after to make sure everything was still to my liking! 10/10 recommend classy closets, definitely get Kristyn if you get the chance.

Kevin did my garage floor. It wasn't repaired properly and is now flaking off. And Kevin will NOT return my calls. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING.

Most unprofessional experience I have ever had. Previously did business as Cabinets beyond. Late on promised completion dates. Unresponsive. Lied about reasonings that work was late when in reality they had just not completed my cabinets. Would definitely not recommend using this company.
