A Tidy Home HHS is the best cleaning service I have ever used. I have owned & managed vacation rental homes for three years now, and I have been through many cleaning companies. Heather and her team at A Tidy Home HHS are not only the best (by far) out of any company I have used, but they also go ABOVE AND BEYOND every single time to make sure that the vacation rentals are spotless. They are super responsive, very professional, and always make sure things are left sparkling clean - even when the guests leave the vacation rental a complete mess after checkout. I trust them to clean all 11 of my vacation rentals, and do an absolutely fabulous job every time. I also trust them to clean my personal home. They do a perfect job on every clean for an extremely reasonable price. I can always count on them to show up on time and pay close attention to the cleaning schedule (which is super important with vacation rentals, where schedule changes happen frequently). I absolutely do not know what I would do without A Tidy Home HHS. If i could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

Was in need of some serious housekeeping services. Its hard these days to find a company you can trust let alone someone that you can rely on to do a quality job at a fair price. So I gave ProClean a call and April was amazing!! Was on-time, respectful, courteous, and profesional! She single handedly put my house in order and my anxiety at ease! I wanted to get a few sessions in before I wrote this. Have been using April with ProClean for about 10 sessions so far over the span of about 20 weeks and she is just as proficient as the day we met her! Thank you April for your work ethic and dedication to customer service!

I have had the pleasure of hiring Laveen Home & Office Cleaning for my move in cleaning after I purchased my home. Arrived on time and knocked out the whole house quickly. Have hired again since, she's great!

Angela has been a great help! She is always on time and does a great job. As a working mom who is also in college, I don’t have a lot of time to keep up on regular cleaning. Angela has been extremely helpful by giving me peace of mind that while my house may be a wreck, the bathroom is clean.

Dana and her crew have done a wonderful job on my house for both a deep clean and standard clean. They show up early and clean very well. Bonus, no one is afraid of pups as I have a very large, loud grumpy old dog. Dana made scheduling very easy.

A little over a mount ago, my rental house got flooded. The tenant at that time decided without asking me first to call Az carpet care for extraction of the water.The tenant stated that he paid the bill and now I need to reimburst him. On november 8, I receive a call from Roshelle asking me to pay the bill. After I refused, the owner of the buisness Barry spoke to me, treatened me that if I dont pay the bill, he will give me to collection and will put a llien on my house and all of will count against me.I tried to explain to him that I did not order any cervice, did not sign any invoice, but he continue to be rude and insisted I need to pay the bill. Verry RUDE and UNPROFFECIONAL owner of a buziness.My question to Barry is: if a tenant decides to upgrade the carpet with the most expensive carpet withouth the landlord permission, is landlord responsible for the bill. Also, dont theey ask for credit card upfront? I reaaly hope more people read the rewies before requesting cervise this company.

Horrible. They are a franchise service and don't stand behind the people they assign to you. Made all kinds of promises until I signed up. Cleaning consists of dusting and vacuuming. If you want more than that, look elsewhere.
