Professional, dedicated and accountable; these three words are an accurate description of Arizona Cleaning. I have been using this company for years, and this review is long overdue. I have a hectic schedule, flying in and out of Phoenix, and I often need to request a cleaning before my arrival or immediately after my departure. My contact at Arizona Cleaning has always been Sean. Sean has a professional attitude, and has always treated my family and me with the utmost respect. Typically, a cleaning will take place while I am away. However, within the past few years, I have been able to witness Sean and his team in action. To say that the team works like a “well oiled machine” is an understatement. Sean and his crew will arrive at the home, immediately proceed to their designated areas and start cleaning. Reflective of a good leader, Sean is not afraid to dig in and work along side the team. He also continually assesses the work being done and assists his colleagues when needed. The crew is very thorough, courteous and does an amazing job. There are a few times I have contacted Arizona Cleaning at the last minute, and they have always taken steps to try and accommodate me. If you are looking for an excellent company you can trust to clean your home, I highly recommend Arizona Cleaning!

It is incredibly challenging to find a cleaning service that manages to straddle reasonable prices AND quality cleaning. Wave House Cleaning knocked it out of the park with my initial cleaning. The attention to detail was amazing - my shower has never looked so clean! I was happy beyond measure with the services I received. I will definitely be a repeat client.

Anais and her partner arrived right on time. I was upset that the small windows in bedroom were not washed. The blinds were not cleaned. Floor in closet master bedroom was not washed. Ceiling fans were cleaned but not great. Chandelier in master bedroom
was still very dusty, I sprayed it to get it clean. Refrigerator not cleaned as they ran out of time. I worked along side them cleaning sliding door and window tracks. I also recleaned floors when they left. The grout was still pretty dirty. My trick is to soak the floors with bleach water on the grout and mop after half hour or so. Thanks for showing up and doing an okay job.

They were friendly and worked quickly but did a very good job.

I have used Aether Facility Services for almost a year now. As a property manager of a luxury community in Central Phoenix, I found it difficult to locate a company that offered an all in one approach to my business needs. From the office staff to the teams that they send to my property, I can expect nothing less than the absolute best from this company and their service providers. I currently use Aether for my Porter Service 40 hours a week, my common area property cleans three times a week, and my valet trash service. They have done work for my company from hauling off bulk trash, to resealing my pool deck. I love knowing that no project is too big or too small for Nima and his team. I could smell the cleanliness of my house before I walked in the door! Could not be more pleased with how clean my house was. Great communication with the company. Don't hesitate to use them if you need your house cleaned!

This company is awesome! Totally recommend using them. Very fairly priced, too!

I have a membership with these cleaners for almost a year. The quality of service is good and prices are pretty reasonable.

But their scheduling is AWFUL. Lots of cancellations, rescheduling from their side a week down and more. It's impossible to book an appointment with them less than a month in advance and even so, there is always 50/50 chance they will call a day before and require to reschedule.

I would recommend to KEEP OUT of this business unless you are a retired/homebound person with lots of free time to accommodate to their constant flips.

This is NOT a service for for working people. Those - BEWARE and Keep OUT!

I have been using Poolman for over 5 years and am very pleased with their service. My pool is always sparkling clean and they notify me immediately if my technician observes something needs to be replaced or repaired. Rolando has been a wonderful technician. This year Poolman redid my 30 year old pool deck and it looks fabulous!!!! I greatly recommend their service.
