The company doesn't follow the contract they've signed. If a contract isn't followed don't expect that they do the job they've signed up to do.

I work for a Civil Construction Contractor. We contracted CBN to clean our field office in 2020. They were a very affordable solution for us in keeping our field office clean and sanitized every week during this Covid pandemic. They have been great at communication and fixed any issues we have brought up, which have been very minimal. We are now done with the job but will use them again if given the opportunity.

Complete bait and switch. I was a previous customer so they had been to my house. I had received an email about storm clean up so I responded about getting the windows to the back of my house cleaned. After a few emails back and forth and a google scan of my home on their end, we agreed to a price via a contract to do the entire exterior windows of my the back side of my home. I was at work the day they arrived and the service team called stating that they would have to charge twice as much. I called the office who then claimed that my windows were double pained meaning if a bedroom window slides open they charge you like it is 2 windows, but if it doesn't slide open its one window and they could not see that on google. I did a google search myself and could see the windows just fine. I am so tired of being swindled. It was handled poorly on the phone. They should have admitted fault. Instead they did half the work and stuck with their price point. They should have honored the contract and this review would not be here and I might still be a customer.
