Best Touch-Ups in Phoenix AZ

1st, there was a miscommunication with the date they were supposed to arrive. I thought it was Wed. but after I called thinking the maids were late they said they had me scheduled for Thurs..... OK maybe my fault...... Well it is Thursday now. I called at 9:30 am and asked when the maids would be arriving. I was told between 12-1 pm. Perfect! 1pm rolls by..... no maids. I call at 1:45 pm and they are running late, they will be there soon. Finally at 2:30 pm they are at my house. I am not happy since I have altered my day to send my child to daycare to make sure she is out of the house while the cleaning is happening. They do their walk-though and call in to the manager. Apparently 2 hours and 45 min ($290) will not cut it they need 4 hours for $460. Well considering most furniture has been removed and all the clutter is gone I am not totally sure why the quote i got on the phone was so different than the one in person. I personally cleaned the floors, the kitchen and all the bedrooms yesterday when they were not coming since our house is now listed to sell and is supposed to start showing any minute. Might I add that all carpets were professionally cleaned on Tuesday so they didn't need to do that. They have now been here an hour and I will post what the results were. But so far the experience has been not up to par with the price.

I have worked with Maid Brigade for 3 years and have been impressed with their work. The ladies do an outstanding job of cleaning our home from top to bottom and are happy to do anything additional you ask them to do. The office is helpful, friendly and responsive. a professional operation al around! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Tracey was incredible. I had had some issues in the past but not know more. She paid attention to detail, was kind and friendly, and my place looks amazing. I requested her as a preferred pro to clean my house.

Hired them for a office clean. they did a good job and very responsive to our needs

They were quick to come out and did a great job of changing my filters & cleaning my pool. However, my pool suddenly turned green and they wouldn’t respond to my texts! I even asked how much would they charge to come out and NOTHING!

The kid never added chemicals to my pool then when we stop service they continue to bill me unbeknownst to me it is now been 8 months and received a huge late bill saying that if I do not pay this bill they will turn me into collections. They actually owe me one week's service as I quit them a week before the billing cycle ended I pay my bills online it comes directly out of my account I have the receipts no one will call me back. Anyone else have this problem maybe it's time to have a class action suit as no one will get back to me
