I have 90 year old hardwood floor and had a soft spot in one part of our floor. I called David he immediately knew the issue and was very pleasant to work with. He got me scheduled within the needed time frame and the work turned out better than I could have expected! You cannot even tell two floor boards were replaced and there is no soft spot!
