I was pleased from the moment I called to set up an appointment and spoke with Victor. He was very pleasant and set me up not trying to hard sell me on a maintenance package right away assuring me that the technician would be the same way, telling me only what needed to be done and give recommendations for the future. He was right, Shawn, the technician who came out to do the AC maintenance, was very friendly. He also wore a mask and booties on his shoes in my home which I thought was very responsible and respectful. When he was finished, he told us how the inspection went and that everything was good for now and what he recommended for the future of our units along with the service plan that would fit our needs. The Best part was, he didn't pressure us to sign up for the plan at that moment, giving us time to think, which I very much like. Justin was amazing. I’ll tell you why. I have contacted 3 friend referrals for repairs on my heater that they said was not repairable. Or they don’t make parts for it etc. I am a 68 yo teacher that has been without heat for 9 yrs because I could not afford new units. Justin came in and troubleshooted in less than 2 hrs. He found a loose wire re connected it and wahlah I have heat. I was beginning to think that there were no honest people left in the business world. Then Justin came into our lives and showed us with pictures what was needed thank you Justin you should be a senior leader in the company
