QOM is a great company with a friendly staff and great employees. Debe showed up early and stayed until the job was complete, making sure I was fully satisfied with the work. She did a great job and I'm looking forward to using QOM in the future.

The scheduling was easy. The cleaning was well done and professional. The price was reasonable and they fulfilled my requests. It took me several tries before finding a company I feel comfortable with. They use products that are safe for my pups, very important to me!

I started using Molly Maid East Phoenix in November 2018. I signed up for monthly cleanings because I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and I have trouble deep cleaning things like the tub & floors. The team that cleans my home are awesome! Jolita & Candy do a very thorough job and my place looks great when they’re done. I had the chance to meet them after the first cleaning & both are super friendly.

While doing the first cleaning some of the plastic fell off from front of the microwave. They called the office right away, who in turn called me right away. It was a known issue to me so it wasn’t a big deal but I liked that they contacted me right away & I have complete confidence if something else were to occur, it would be handled immediately.

Everyone I have talked to at Molly Maid has been friendly & quick to respond. Scheduling the 1st cleaning was easy & there was no pressure to sign up for regular services when they provided the estimate. However, they did such a wonderful job I called the same afternoon to sign up for monthly cleanings which was also simple to do. ?

Sarah and Lisa did an excellent job cleaning our home. They are courteous and friendly and our dog loves them.

This company kept cleaning during this pandemic which was very much appreciated. They have been careful about telling staff to wear masks as we have 2 immunosuppressed family members. Teena does a great job every time and is careful around our pets.

Dawn's cleaning service does a professional job of cleaning my house and the thing I like most is the communication of when they are coming and going.
