I have used De La Rosa Cleaning for my home as well as my business. I value the quick in and out time with good quality cleaning. I used to have one or 2 people come in to clean my house and they would be there for 4-5 hours, their crew usually has 4 people and they are in and out in an hour which is fantastic! The communicate very well for our business schedule as well. I highly recommend them!

I've had Pam come out and clean my house several times now, she is super sweet very efficient and does a great job! She also gets along great with dogs so it made it easy for both my miniature daushound and I!

Avoid this company. I was charged more than double the price I was quoted, and they did not clean everything they were supposed to. It's been a battle to get ahold of anyone and they are constantly out of the office, or unavailable.

I am selling my house and reached out to this company to have them do a move-out cleaning service. My house is 1500sqft, 3 bed, 2 bath and was completely vacant. I provided this information to the company and they quoted the job would require 3 cleaners, and take about 3 hours for an estimated cost of $450. I agreed to the quoted price and scheduled the cleaning. When the team arrived, they had an additional cleaner with them, which I was not made aware of prior to their arrival. I didn't think this was a big deal and assumed the job would take less time. My house was by no means what you would consider a dirty house. It was recently renovated, and basically needed floors vacuumed, windows cleaned, surfaces wiped down, and bathrooms cleaned. Somehow, even with 4 people, it took them over 5 hours to clean the 1500sqft house and they charged me over $1000! For that price, I would have expected a top to bottom cleaning (which is what they said they would do), but they left all walls, baseboards, vents, inner cabinets, and the garage untouched. They also ruined the finish on our toilet seat with whatever cleaning products they used, and left grey residue on our kitchen counters from what I'm assuming were their dirty rags. My wife and I went back to the house after the team cleaned it to finish wiping down the missed surfaces. We simply used Clorox wipes and a duster to achieve what the professionals could not.
I reached out to the company afterward and let them know the situation. They offered me a $100 refund (bringing my cost to $916, still more than double what I was quoted). I explained that this was inadequate and requested an additional $300 refund ($616 total cost to me, still $166 more than the $450 quoted). The manager told me they would speak to the owner of the company about the matter. However, it's now been two weeks and they have still not given me a response. It's very difficult to get ahold of them, and when I do get through, they beat around the bush and offer excuses.
I will update this review If I hear back from them, but at this point, it seems like a lost cause.

Update: since posting this review, they have refunded the additional $300 I requested.

Great staff that is always on time, I've had other house cleaners show up late or say they're not available at all many times in the past. They do a thorough job and have great customer service.

Worst cleaning experience ever! First lady showed up 15 minutes late, 2nd lady showed up 30 minutes late. Cleaning was terrible, kitchen counters had reside, kitchen sink never cleaned, bathtubs hair and residue, rooms were not swept or mopped, etc. I had to ask if they were even cleaned. As if that wasn't enough they packed up and were leaving 15 minutes early, I mentioned that they still owe for the 45 minutes they were late and they just smiled and left. I paid $200.00 and spent the next day myself cleaning for 4 hours so it would be ready for the open house, worst experience ever! Please be sure to read through the reviews, several others had same experience.

I am completely blown away at the phenomenal customer service i’ve received. They cleaned out my junked rental home in a few truckloads. A little pricier than the other quotes i’ve received but i wanted to support my local first responders and firefighters. I found my permanent junk removal and cleaning company. Will definitely be calling you guys back for some more services soon !

Horrible. They are a franchise service and don't stand behind the people they assign to you. Made all kinds of promises until I signed up. Cleaning consists of dusting and vacuuming. If you want more than that, look elsewhere.
