Shocked and deeply disappointed by the service performed on February 24, 2022. Unfortunately some staffing changes have worsened the quality of care considerably. I have been fairly forgiving over the past year or so with late-arrivals due to the strain of the pandemic, but to be 75 minutes late for a first-in-the-day appointment is inexcusable. The team lead lied about being instructed to be here at 7:30, lied about her whereabouts, repeatedly yelled at me upon arrival, and proceeded to spill her Monster Energy drink on my porous and delicate cork flooring -- flooring that they had always taken great care with during past visits. 2 hours of my day have been wasted trying to manage and oversee them and mitigate further damage. Clearly I'm not paying for the services and would suggest that if you're scheduling with them, avoid Team 4.

Katie and Dawn were great. I'm a repeat customer and will continue with Valley's Best. They're are very nice and make sure you are satisfied.

So I need a cleaning service for a while. I have a really bad back so many challenges and a friend of mine reached out to me and said you should try thumbtack so I went on Thumbtack and found Sumo Cleaners. There was a picture and the guy looked friendly. You can always tell a lot by a picture I sent a request I got an immediate response from Carter. He was professional and amazing and so personable and tended to my needs. He set up an appt and a cleaner came out to my house. She was amazing. She was so great and professional, and wanted to just do the best she could to help me and make my apartment sparkle ! which she did is just that her name is Shadaya and she is great. I recommend this cleaning service. They are amazing. Thank you Sumo Cleaners. I hope I got her name right? Lol thank you so much again.

Peak Cleaning did our move out cleaning and they did a fantastic job! They were right on time, professional, and completed the job above and beyond what I had expected. I definitely should’ve been using them to clean my place all along! My landlord was very pleased with that state of the unit after it was cleaned. The office staff was very nice and helpful, giving me a quick quote when I called and got me scheduled right away. I will be using Peak again for any future cleanings I need and will be recommending them to my friends and family in the valley.

I'm very satisfied how they managed our cleaning and overall we had our apartment disinfected by the way. The price was more than reasonable but the service quality was top level. I'm gonna use their service again for sure.

I am completely blown away at the phenomenal customer service i’ve received. They cleaned out my junked rental home in a few truckloads. A little pricier than the other quotes i’ve received but i wanted to support my local first responders and firefighters. I found my permanent junk removal and cleaning company. Will definitely be calling you guys back for some more services soon !

At the beginning things worked smoothly, we had a bi-weekly schedule and we loved out cleaner. At that point we only had to deal with Maid Complete the one time on our initial booking. After about 4 cleanings we were vacant from our home for a month and delayed our next booking there so. This is when things came off the rails.

Unpon returning home, the week before Thanksgiving, the person who was not our original maid did not show up. Ok no problem, stuff happens. We then asked for another cleaning after Thanksgiving. The earliest they could get us in was 2 weeks out. We requested to have our original cleaning lady come to do our house and they said that they would do that for us. I called a day before to confirm because they never got back to us and they said it was a new cleaning person. Which was a problem because we needed to leave the house before the new crew arrived and we don't trust random people all throughout our home so we had to cancel. Due to the mixup and their previous cancelation they did not charge us a cancelation fee.

We re-scheduled for a few days later and planed to be around for the new cleaning crew. They did not show up.

This company is simply a middleman for independent cleaning services to get bookings due to their reputation and marketing. We Imagine they do little to no vetting and their booking process of cleaning personnel is not very reliable, especially at short notice.

With all of the inconsistencies and lack of communication about our needs, we decided to move on from this company.

They were gracious enough to not charge us for any inconveniences and therefor I am inclined not to give them the worst rating possible.

I recently moved out of my home and needed someone to clean my exterior windows. Their scheduling process was very simple, with quick turn-around to complete the cleaning. The cleaning techs were on-time and provided A+ service. I appreciated their attention to detail. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again.
