My employer's housekeeper was away on vacation and I needed to find a cleaning service to do a same-day-service for my boss. I called Queen of Maids and not only did they send a crew ASAP the crew did my boss's laundry as well as cleaned the house. Their customer service was excellent and my boss said the housekeepers did a fantastic job. I will use Queen of Maids again and recommend them to my friends an colleagues.

Worst cleaning experience ever! First lady showed up 15 minutes late, 2nd lady showed up 30 minutes late. Cleaning was terrible, kitchen counters had reside, kitchen sink never cleaned, bathtubs hair and residue, rooms were not swept or mopped, etc. I had to ask if they were even cleaned. As if that wasn't enough they packed up and were leaving 15 minutes early, I mentioned that they still owe for the 45 minutes they were late and they just smiled and left. I paid $200.00 and spent the next day myself cleaning for 4 hours so it would be ready for the open house, worst experience ever! Please be sure to read through the reviews, several others had same experience.

We are trying to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to the coronavirus; that is why we have been using All Pro Sanitize weekly to come to disinfect our service vehicles and offices. Andy and his team are great to work with since a lot of coordination is required with our service vehicle fleet. Horrible. They are a franchise service and don't stand behind the people they assign to you. Made all kinds of promises until I signed up. Cleaning consists of dusting and vacuuming. If you want more than that, look elsewhere.
