I was looking for assistance after a surgery that left me with limited mobility. Not only was Leslie’s House Cleaning responsive to my initial inquiry, they proved a quote for services quickly and scheduled me quickly. The team they sent to clean my house did a fantastic job and my house is sparkling. They allowed me to relax and recover without having to worry about cleaning the house. In fact, I was so pleased with the service they provided I requested their services for my Mom’s house too! If you are looking for reasonably priced cleaning services from a professional company, I would recommend Leslie’s to anyone.

My home looked beautiful, and the lady was very helpful. I can't wait for her to return; I want her to be my permanent housekeeper. Five stars are insufficient for the amazing deep clean she did.

My friend and Realtor had recommended the service because they had used them in the past for move-in cleaning.

I emailed them and had to call three times before I got a response. I spoke to Tammy and explain to her that I needed a deep cleaning and actually wanted the services associated with post construction because I had just had windows replaced in the entire home and there was a lot of dust.

I further explained that I had 20 foot vaulted ceilings, and the crew would need to have ladders that could reach the top because all the walls and ceilings needed to be dusted. She told me that they would send someone with a tall extension ladder and have all that work done before the crew of four cleaning girls would start on the rest of the house. I was quoted 2 to 4 hours, and explained to Tammy that even if it took longer, it was imperative that every aspect of this house be wiped down except for the windows. I agreed to the price quoted, which included a surcharge for a Saturday.

On the day of the service, for girls arrived with small step ladders. No one came equipped with an extension or tall ladder to do the walls. I told the lead girl Allison that the walls needed to be wiped down. Her response was “ all of them?”

I explained to her everything that I wanted done and confirmed that they would do the three bathrooms and disinfect them as well. She assured me that they would. They stayed three hours, and when I went to check on the work, I told Allison that the upstairs was not nearly as clean as the downstairs. There was still dust on the furniture in the master bedroom and none of the bathroom shower doors, nor bath tub and shower tiles had been cleaned. I told her that I had wanted them done. She again stared at me blankly. Then asked me to sign the invoice. She did not offer to correct what was not done thoroughly nor did she offer to do the bathrooms. They were still well within the four hour timeframe and could easily have done it.

I emailed Tammy outlining everything and stated my disappointment as I did not get the service that I was promised. I told her that while the girls did work when they were there, they did not do everything that Tammy and I had discussed, and what I had explained to Allison. I asked her to please contact me or respond to my email. I was hoping to have them come back and complete the work.

I was not even given the courtesy of a call back or respond to my email.

Not only is this company not “perfectionist quote. They are also extremely unprofessional. My realtor and friend who recommended them will now no longer be telling anyone to use them.

Hired Peak for Airbnb services for the past couple of months.

Pros:
-Adequate cleaning
-Timely
-Easy integration with Airbnb calendar
-Fair pricing
-Decent presentation of home

Cons:
-Unsatisfactory communication, not clear when cleaning team would finish or if there were issues with the home. Had to reach out persistently to get information. One instance we had a damaged coffee table and it was not mentioned to us. Luckily we checked on the home before the next guest checked in.
-Inconsistent cleaning, specifically vacuuming all areas of home (carpet vs rug vs hardwood)
-Lack of organization/management of off-site laundry: cleaning team requested we allow them to finish extra loads of laundry due to number of towels used by guest. They were not returned or communicated that they were done within 48hrs as they stated. Had to hassle in order to make sure towels were returned.

Just got their carpet cleaning service done this morning. Amazing is all I can say!!! Not only were they able to get me scheduled right away and it’s super cheap! Shawn was very professional and courteous and he got the carpets done in no time at all. Seriously if you need your carpets cleaned go with these guys!!!!

Great staff that is always on time, I've had other house cleaners show up late or say they're not available at all many times in the past. They do a thorough job and have great customer service.

Horrible experience. I only gave 1 star for the manager Scott who is professional. The cleaner Alexis didn’t clean the kitchen floor, sink, microwave. and left it filled with grease. that was included in the cleaning service. Would not recommend this to anyone. Stay away. They send their worst cleaner if you buy with groupon

Recently replastered pool and clean water. Contracted them to service my pool. Only a month and water is cloudy, dirty. The 1st 2 weeks they did good, and then nothing. They were supposed to service pool on thursday and didnt show up, we didnt see them and we were home all day. I dont know how long the filter hasnt been backwashed. I took a picture and sent it to them. They state no need to backwash the pool every week. I do not recommend their services.

Horrible. They are a franchise service and don't stand behind the people they assign to you. Made all kinds of promises until I signed up. Cleaning consists of dusting and vacuuming. If you want more than that, look elsewhere.
