Kody was our technician and did as fantastic job as he could on an area rug that was heavily used and soiled. We were ready to throw it away and decided to try to salvage it if we could. He was very fair with price and worked fast and efficiently! Was ecstatic to get a same day appointment!

Booked repairs providing model number and problem. Curtis arrived on time. He said that the job was beyond his scope (I don't know why they sent me, the gas repair guy is away) and provided details to co-worker Don. Called several times and was told that I would receive a return call - never received a return call. Spoke with someone at the company who recommended AZ Fireplace repairs. Horrible. They are a franchise service and don't stand behind the people they assign to you. Made all kinds of promises until I signed up. Cleaning consists of dusting and vacuuming. If you want more than that, look elsewhere.
