The ladies who came to clean my house were awesome! They were on time, polite, professional and did a great job.

Just thought I would let people know that Maid Right is a great company and very fair. Tell them what you want or don't want. When they come to your home to get the layout of the land you can explain what you might want every time they come or might might not need every time. Try them out!

This company is not organized nor prepared to establish regular services! Do NOT use. Scheduled to be monthly in October and they couldn't clean until after Thanksgiving. Day of the clean I am given a window and they call and tell me staffing issues occurred and they can't make my time. They said they would send a 3 person crew so that it was a shorter cleaning time. Two people show up. They did a nice job so I was willing to look past the issues and scheduled for monthly service. RED FLAG ignored! Today I was scheduled for my next cleaning and given a window of 8-4:30pm (who does a window that is the entire day). I moved my schedule around to be available and I get a call that staffing issues occurred and they can't clean my house today. As if this isn't bad enough, they can't even tell me that they can clean anytime this week. Terrible customer service, business practices, scheduling and commitment to their regular clients. DO NOT HIRE THEM for regular cleaning. They will not honor their commitments and scheduling.

To be clear I was not given the option to choose Saturday for cleaning. The agent on the phone said they “might” be able to clean Saturday but she wouldn’t know until they had volunteers and a schedule. I had company coming and asked if there was anything that we could schedule where I would know that they were going to be able to clean. She gave me no options and just said they couldn’t get to me that week.

I could not be happier with this company. Excellent cleaning job, the girls were friendly and sweet, reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I hired saniguys to clean my house of almost 3000 sqft. These guys are freaking awesome.. I had to run a couple errands so I left them by themselves. When I came back I was amazed. They had steamers and everything going on. I felt like I was the dirty one once I walked in. And the great thing about it is that they use organic chemicals. So there was no hard smells.that was a plus since I have kids. they went above and beyond. Customer service was great and very friendly! Very professional.. I would highly recommend. Super affordable compared to other companies I had called.
