I was not present for the service. But the founder of the nonprofit, OPERATION ENDURING GRATITUDE, was at the home the entire time and sent me numerous videos of the entire process. Not only did they power wash and steam clean the interior floors and walls but they went outside and did the exterior of the house, the patio, sidewalk, and driveway. They did an amazing job!!!

My first experience with Arizona Steamers and I have to say they’re phenomenal. They were here on time and did an amazing job on my tile and grout and carpets. Never thought my carpets could be saved, but calling Az Steamers was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my home. Arizona steamers keep up the amazing service. WOW just amazing!

I booked them to clean a home we purchased because we have a newborn and they made our move perfect. My wife was really scared at all the people who had been in the home during the showings and this easy treatment made it much less scary. They were priced great and came out right away. Have used Carole's about 4/5 times now and have always been professional and timely. They have been super accommodating and Lamia calls when she arrives and also when she leaves to let us know when done. The job they do is very good and would highly recommend for cleaning and other tasks as well.

We just moved to the area and came across New Image from a referral. After a poor cleaning from a previous company I was thrilled to come across this AMAZING TEAM! They are prompt, professional and extremely thorough. I highly recommend them.

At the beginning things worked smoothly, we had a bi-weekly schedule and we loved out cleaner. At that point we only had to deal with Maid Complete the one time on our initial booking. After about 4 cleanings we were vacant from our home for a month and delayed our next booking there so. This is when things came off the rails.

Unpon returning home, the week before Thanksgiving, the person who was not our original maid did not show up. Ok no problem, stuff happens. We then asked for another cleaning after Thanksgiving. The earliest they could get us in was 2 weeks out. We requested to have our original cleaning lady come to do our house and they said that they would do that for us. I called a day before to confirm because they never got back to us and they said it was a new cleaning person. Which was a problem because we needed to leave the house before the new crew arrived and we don't trust random people all throughout our home so we had to cancel. Due to the mixup and their previous cancelation they did not charge us a cancelation fee.

We re-scheduled for a few days later and planed to be around for the new cleaning crew. They did not show up.

This company is simply a middleman for independent cleaning services to get bookings due to their reputation and marketing. We Imagine they do little to no vetting and their booking process of cleaning personnel is not very reliable, especially at short notice.

With all of the inconsistencies and lack of communication about our needs, we decided to move on from this company.

They were gracious enough to not charge us for any inconveniences and therefor I am inclined not to give them the worst rating possible.

Excellent work!! Just a pleasure to work with this company from start to finish! My windows have never looked better and I have already booked them for next spring!

Finding a house cleaner that does a good job is tough. Finding someone you can trust to be in your home is even tougher. Amber at Camelback Cleaning Solutions made both of those easy. Communication is fast and painless, our house looks great, and we don't have to worry about anything.

This was our first experience with this company and we are very pleased with them. Our first contact was with the office manager, who was very courteous and helpful. Justin came out and cleaned our entire house - carpet, tile floors and showers. He went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier with his hard work. He was also very pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable. We are now customers for life.
