Best Office Cleaning Services in Phoenix AZ

So I just had my carpet cleaned 2 days ago and my husband and I were very pleased to say the least. Valley's Best had great availability for me scheduling only 4 days before wanting it done! I had to find a new cleaning company because my old company, who shall remain nameless, only cleans vacant homes now! I found them on Yelp in which I chatted on Yelp to get a quote prior to scheduling!! So awesome I didn't know I could do that. I searched around with about 7 other companies & the existing reviews played a huge role in my decision. With that being said, I felt a very detailed review is important for others. The technician Greg was great! He was nice, very professional & a hard worker. We stumbled upon a scheduling conflict the day of due to a job he did before mine but was able to move things around to keep my appointment time. This was perfect because I also just replaced carpet in one room & I wanted scotch guard before putting anything on the new carpet. My house is pretty big so the 1.5 hr difference would've caused me to have to reschedule. The only thing I didn't like was the long drying time. It took about 6 hours to dry enough to where we felt comfortable walking on it but they did warn me 4-6 hrs so I didn't feel that was worthy of reducing to 4 stars instead of 5. So going forward I do plan on sticking with Valley's Best next year I will just schedule much earlier. I may also push my appt back to a cooler month since my front door had to remain open for the hose during the cleaning. The price was FANTASTIC for the size of my home (like 7 areas plus a staircase) & they give military discount. I love companies who honor veterans!!! I recommend this company to everyone! ??

They do an extremely thorough cleaning at fair prices. And so fast! I am not sure how they do it because I've never been able to get my house so clean:) if you are looking for a cleaning service, definitely give them a call. The staff was also very courteous and I commend their customer service!

She was kind, patient and knowledgeable- I immediately knew I could trust her with my home. Not only did she clean the entire post-construction mess, they worked tirelessly for two days on my fridge that had been sitting, off, since November 2022(Black mod, gnats, etc.). Update: Manager called and credited my account and refunded me. I like the girls there, but it doesn't seem like they have the capability to reverse these issues on-site.I've used this place several times with good experiences however, most recently they did not have my clothes ready by Monday evening as promised after I dropped them off the previous Friday. Also, I go so often that I didn't even look at the price until I got home. I was charged over $35.00 for FOUR items!!! And at least 2 of the garments state on the instructions DO NOT DRYCLEAN which was explained to the girls at the front when the shirts were dropped off. Feel pretty taken advantage of as a regular customer. Don't think I'll be going back.
