Their foundation specialist Brian Patrick called me the day before to confirm our appointment and ask if we had any questions pertaining to the foundation inspection we requested. He arrived promptly for our 8:00 a.m. appointment with a smile on his face and asked us questions pertinent to the house and any concerns we had. He then inspected the whole house thoroughly inside and out. Upon completion he gave us his findings and recommendations on how to remediate the situation. I have had a lot of floor finishing done over the years but these guys are by far the best! I have had them do floors in a 2000 sq ft warehouse and two garages and the finish is far better than anything I have seen before. They use a ton of flake and seal it all with a thick clear coating. In the past I have had problems with tire marks on the finish but I have had no issues with this finish. They were in and out quick and clean. I am very impressed with Alan and his crew, I would recommend them with no reservations.

Desert Floor Coatings completed our first project 13 years ago this March. This father-son team are professional and let you know if your project will be delayed due to weather or other unforeseeable circumstances. Our garage floor and patio look excellent, next is a driveway project.
