Our air conditioning stopped working in the middle of a hot summer night. After several technicians came in to fix the air conditioner to no avail, Carlos and Tom came to our rescue.Despite the day already being a long and hot one, Carlos and Tom came to look at our air conditioner late in the afternoon. They were professional and friendly, and they were thorough and did not rush, despite it already being quite late - a lot of other people would have chosen to call it a day and go home already.They found the issue and gave us an interim solution since they understood we had been without air conditioning for over a week. Great communication and super thoughtful people.I find it incredibly rare these days to see people go above and beyond like these two gentlemen did, and I am thankful they were there to help us - thank you, thank you, thank you!
