This was new construction, and I was anxious to protect the garage floor before we started using it. Richard came out personally and with his assistant, completed the job in two days. Check out Arizona BBB website for a more detailed review. They will offer a 5% discount if you sign the contract on their first visit to review the repair report. By the time you get done with the review, you will be too tired to read the many outs included in the contract. DONT sign it, get a hard copy, review it, and then make a decision. I didn't do this (in Nov 2018) and I'm still paying the price (Jan 2021)

Patio and garage were done and they both look fantastic. Love the fact that this will look that same fantastic for decades! Desert Floor Coatings did a horrible job installing metallic epoxy flooring for my medical clinic. They screwed up the preparation and refused to fix it. They screwed up the finish so bad it cannot be repaired. There are holes in the finish from tools, bubbles everywhere and they refuse to clean up the mess they made on door jams, trims and wall. Justin and Tom are liars and unprofessional. The only thing worse than the quality of their work is their lack of professionalism and integrity. Don't waste your money!

Can’t get Steve to return our phone calls. The epoxy is cracking and no other company will touch it because it isn’t their work. All other companies offer a lifetime guarantee. Steve now claims he doesn’t do residential work anymore. He has left us high and dry.
