I was having issues with my garage door sealing properly. Tim came out and explained to me what was going on with the concrete garage floor. He very kindly walked me through what needed to be done and then gave me several suggestions of where to get help. Tim was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk with.

We had our 3-car garage coated with the Pentek product that Galaxy uses. We used this product after researching its superiority over epoxy. The work Galaxy performed was good - not great. The floor looks amazing, however there are some inconsistencies with the manner in which the product was applied to the expansion joints. I reached out to Galaxy within 2-days following the completion of the job to explain the issues I have - but have not yet heard back. I had hoped to have them out to do some 'touch ups' before moving all of my stuff back in...but couldn't wait any longer. So...I am hoping I don't have to move it all out once again - if they ever call me back. The other issue I have is the lack of attention to detail during clean-up. There was clearly some product spilled on my driveway during the process, and while they attempted to clean it up - there still remains a very noticeable dark spot. The crew was very professional and friendly, but they left a considerable amount of color chips all throughout the garage and even in my front and side yards. I would have really appreciated a higher level of clean-up than what was performed. Overall, the floor turned out very nice, so I have given them 4 stars.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This company is really horrible. I have always heard stories about contractors/subcontractors doing bad work and then disappearing but I had never had it happen to me. I hired this company to remove old concrete from my porch and then to pour a new porch and some steps. The job was so poor I could not believe it. The aggregate was clearly visible on every step and the porch is a mess. I have tried to reach out to them several times but have never even got a response. I am happy that I did not pay them in full because I had to have my steps completely removed and redone. My porch is a different matter entirely. I am trying to find someone to fix all of the mistakes but it is hard. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and the state register. I would stay very far away from this company.

I had submitted an inquiry online because I am interested in replacing the flooring in my home and have no idea what the cost is, not even generally. It was my hope to have someone give me a ballpark and then come to my home for a quote. Tom Alan responded and left a voicemail. When I called him back he was unprofessional and dismissive and - it seemed - bothered by the call. First impression is critical for any business. Lost sale.

They under promised but over delivered!!!

I had these guys put 125' of curbing in my front yard while I was at work. For the most part it looked pretty good. Its not the best quality concrete mix out there but I'm thinking it will hold up. The first thing I noticed when I got home was a good sized lump right in the middle of my front yard. I contacted them and was told they charge more for any prep work and that their machine will follow the ground. I then told him that if I was contacted telling me there would be a lump in my yard I would have paid to have them take 3 minutes to level out the roughly 2-3 feet of uneven ground. They would not come back to fix it without charging me more which I understand but what I don't understand is it could have taken a 20 second phone call or text to let me know and very easily taken care of.
