AZ Foundation Solutions repaired the stem wall in a 58-ft. section of our foundation perimeter. It was, overall, an excellent experience that started with the knowledgeable, solicitous and courteous salesman (Victor Rivera). The scheduling manager accommodated our need for an accelerated schedule and the work crew showed up on time. They worked efficiently and were scrupulous about leaving the work site clean and tidy, when finished. They also accommodated our request for some additional patches, relative to the contract plan. Our work presented some unusual circumstances and the company owner (Bob Brown) took the time to come to our house on a Saturday to personally review the work and explain their findings and potential ramifications. Excellent service. The only reason I didn't rate them 5/5 is that the cost is high (albeit competitive with other bids)... but they left us with a feeling of confidence in the work performed. I would definitely recommend them for foundation repair work.

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. From start to finish Eric and crew were commitment to our project, from explaining the process and what would look best and his recommendations, to the actual installation, to the follow up...Eric even came by on a Sunday to make sure everything was just right. I am extremely picky with how I want things done and Eric and crew delivered and then some. I am so happy with our new garage floor I don't even want to drive on it, it looks so amazing.
