The team from Sledge did a great job. They were punctual, they were very careful and they cleaned-up after themselves. My garage floors look terrific. I am glad I selected Sledge for the job.

Brian Patrick and the engineering crew were awesome: showed up on time, clearly knew what they were doing, and professional. Updated me on every step of their work--the communication was great. Provided a complete inspection report of my foundation with registered engineer stamp. The computer analysis report indicated that my house needs no repairs at this point--just a slight (less than 1 inch) movement, but no damage. So, my only expenses were the cost of the inspection. They only recommended that I install gutters to guide the rainwater away from the house (though the rains are rare, they still do damage) and recommended a great contractor. To me this says that these guys are really honest. Will only use them for any of my foundation needs if they ever come up. Thanks guys!

Our company just used Penhall for a last minute project to core some concrete and cut a square in a floor for a sump pump. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. From my initial call to the sales representative to dispatch, to the technicians that came out and performed the work. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, clean, and fast. I contracted with Mel to widen our driveway, put in a new walkway to my front porch and pour a slab to extend my back patio. He came over on a Monday to prep the areas then returned on a Wednesday to complete the project. Mel's work is amazing. He and his crew know exactly what needs to be done. My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Extremely pleased with their work. We had our deck painted and our pavers spruced up. They are prompt and very helpful. We highly recommend them.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This company is really horrible. I have always heard stories about contractors/subcontractors doing bad work and then disappearing but I had never had it happen to me. I hired this company to remove old concrete from my porch and then to pour a new porch and some steps. The job was so poor I could not believe it. The aggregate was clearly visible on every step and the porch is a mess. I have tried to reach out to them several times but have never even got a response. I am happy that I did not pay them in full because I had to have my steps completely removed and redone. My porch is a different matter entirely. I am trying to find someone to fix all of the mistakes but it is hard. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and the state register. I would stay very far away from this company.

We called them to come and look at our concrete floors, we were scheduled for the next morning at 9 am, we even received an email confirming our appointment and a reminder email the next morning about our appointment.

Don't know anything about this company's job performance because they are twice no-shows.
