In regards to performing the actual jacking of our home Ram Jack did a good job. However, the work to get there was not satisfactory. They quoted the job to be completed in six days. It took them 4 weeks to complete the job. They were not careful when digging out the holes to drill the piers. They damaged the house brick, dug up shrubs, damaged water lines. It took several calls and visits for an agreement we both were satisfied with. Not impressed with this company overall.

James came over for a consultation and estimate of a crack in the concrete near our garage door. He was on time and very professional. He also was honest and knowledgeable about the issue and didn’t try to sell me on a repair that was cosmetic versus structural. He also made sure I understand what was happening and allowed me to make an informed decision about whether to make the repair now or not. I appreciate him taking the time and even sharing a video of the issue so I could understand. Thanks James! Will definitely refer him for any foundation work to my friends and neighbors.

Rose paving has done multple jobs for me accross the valley ranging from a few thousand dollars to over a quarter million. They have yet to dissapoint. We have not. By the time you answered me back, I hired someone and they came and gave me a quote. A business that doesn't answer phone calls and takes that long to get back is pretty frustrating. I needed to speak to a live person or be contacted within an hour at least. Its just professional to do so. I am a business owner and my customers are important to me. Then when you did call, you said yeah did you call this number?, well of course I did and left a message about it too. The way I would have done it is Hello my name is Victoria and I received a message from this number about our service. How may I help you? So you have a good day Big Nick's phone person. No dispespect but I have no idea who you are because you never communicated that at all

I had these guys put 125' of curbing in my front yard while I was at work. For the most part it looked pretty good. Its not the best quality concrete mix out there but I'm thinking it will hold up. The first thing I noticed when I got home was a good sized lump right in the middle of my front yard. I contacted them and was told they charge more for any prep work and that their machine will follow the ground. I then told him that if I was contacted telling me there would be a lump in my yard I would have paid to have them take 3 minutes to level out the roughly 2-3 feet of uneven ground. They would not come back to fix it without charging me more which I understand but what I don't understand is it could have taken a 20 second phone call or text to let me know and very easily taken care of.
