I can't say enough about how happy we are with the work that was done. The employees showed up as scheduled and did quality work at a very reasonable price. We had our back patio and swimming pool surrounding area done with the Cooldeck and it turned out even better than we had hoped. When they left they cleaned up everything and left their work area spotless. They also take fair measurements which is just as important as their low cost per square foot charge. I would strongly recommend Sledge Concrete Coatings both for their workmanship and price.

Not able to do small residential homes.

Very happy with the job that James, Lawrence and Frank did in stitching the cracks in our floor. We wanted to ensure the new tile going down had the best surface to start on. Learned a lot from James on the importance of having seamless gutters installed as well. I had a great education.

Very easy to clean and maintain. It requires only a damp mop or a quick sweep to keep it looking new.

I called Mel for a quote, he provided a prompt response and showed up on time. He knocked out the quote on site and had a contract to us within 2 days. His quote was a well below other contractor's. When they started the job they were on time and efficient. They always left the job clean and everything back in place. He has done a couple of jobs for us and we've been extremely pleased both times.

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. If you’re looking to preserve and beautify the concrete around your home, based on our experience, my wife and I simply cannot recommend Sun Valley Concrete Coatings enough. I am so glad I found this company to do my garage floor! First class service. I started with the delightful project manager, Xhesika Ruzsa, who was extra attentive to my project desires, and offered very helpful advice that led to a very successful project outcome. This family owned and run business did the work promptly, and the whole plan came off without any hitches. My garage had a stem wall that I thought I was going to have to paint over afterwards. But they also did the stem wall as well, at no extra charge. Before you consider anyone else to do a truly professional garage floor in epoxy, check this company out. My floor had old paint that had to be removed. American Epoxy Arizona does the diamond grind removal process that gets right into the concrete base, and opens up the concrete pores to receive the new epoxy. Some companies don't do this! In my opinion, I received first class service at a bargain price. The floor seems so durable and will probably last 20+ years with my car and truck parked there. I think this will most likely be one of the best home improvement projects I will have done do to my new home, especially as to how it relates to house resale recoup $. Please check this company out! You will be pleasantly rewarded!
