My patio was uneven, different kinds of concrete from previous owners extension projects and the such. After time, it began to look as uneven a surface and was an eyesore.
I saw Galaxy on a Facebook ad and looked at some of their pictures and decided, What the heck.. Have them come out for a free estimate. We have been talking about what to do with our patio for years since owning this house in 2016 and decided to see what it would set us back. Frankie came out and did a thorough look at our patio, drew up some numbers and walked through the options with us. Total process was about 30-45 min, but I like that because it means they are taking in every thing possible to make sure they get it right. Once Frankie ran the numbers with us, I was shocked at how affordable this was!! She went over the whole process, how it is NOT epoxy and the details behind a product called polyurea. It withstands AZ temps and does not have the same side effects that normal epoxy does. I was impressed with how thorough she was, but then again, I absolutely expect that out of a company I am going to hire for such a large project.

We put a deposit down and booked our date... So project day comes... We got a call 2-3 weeks before the project was going to start and a few days before (even with Thanksgiving coming up) from Carrie to make sure all our questions were answered. I love the customer service and care they put into this, even before the project started. Anyways, project day--the boys showed up, right on time at 8am. Told us it would take most of the day but they would be done by 5pm. By 4:45pm, they were done, cleaned up and ready for us to come out and inspect (from a distance). And wow, the pictures speak for themselves. Cure time is about 12 hours, but we will give it longer just because we need hands with us to move some bigger items... but I was blown away how awesome this was!

I highly recommend this company----great value, great service, great price, and you cannot beat that guarantee we have!

Best of the best! Not only where they on time to core some holes in my block fence but when Jim was done you couldn’t even tell he had been there well except for the 4” dia holes that he did. Amazing keep up the great work!

We had our floors done when we first moved in and they looked great. The issue is when your floor settles and there are chips/cracks. I have had an awful time trying to get any response or an appointment even to fix my floors. It looks horrible with a chip right in the hallway and we are trying to sell our home. The customer service is very poor. I am still waiting with no actions after several weeks. I would not recommend them at this time. It is unfortunate as they have a nice product.

I would love to give this company 5 stars as they helped me in a time of need the same day I called them. They coated six showers in Epoxy. They did of course charge me for the rush service.

Why 1 star? The epoxy shower coating started pealing off the wall two days after installation. Here is where the story begins.

I called the owner a few days after we noticed the epoxy was already coming off. It took about 5 phone calls to reach him and he DID eventually come out and look at the problem. It took another two weeks to reach him again. He acknowledged we were still waiting on him to fix the epoxy. Two more weeks go by in which I called him and had co-workers call him (about 12 calls in total). We eventually got a call back from his associate who scheduled us on a Monday and Tuesday. The re-work required us to close our store completely. I was of course not happy about this, but did indeed stop taking reservations for these two days in order to get the work done.... can you guess what happens next?

Monday comes around and the company doesn't show up. We call the Owner of the company who says his guys will be there at 5pm... merely 7 hours past the scheduled time.... 5pm rolls around and no one shows up. We wait around for another 2 hours and no one.

Long story short this company never showed up and we are forced to hire another company to fix the poor workmanship of the first company. On top of that we are out two days worth of appointments..... STAY CLEAR!!!
