I had a wonderful experience using this paving company's services. They worked incredibly hard and were always on time. They are excellent, and I would use them again.

We had to have an analysis of our foundation as we were seeing cracks on the outside and also the drywall on the inside. Did research on companies and decided to go with Arizona Foundation Solutions based on their years of service and knowledge.
Our salesperson was always thorough and available to answer questions. He was quick to respond even if he had to say he needed to check and get back to us.
Crew performed the work in the beginning of December and was very thorough with explanations and cleaning up. I was pleasantly surprised that nothing was damaged from the landscaping and other than the soil showing that it isn't settled, there is no way you can tell anything was done. We do have our pictures as proof that 6 piers were dug into the ground to support the foundation.

Cardinal Concrete Coatings redid our backyard concrete patio and cool decking from our pool. The crew we had did an amazing job grinding all the surfaces done to bare concrete to get ready for the Coatings. Eze Decor Concrete recently layed new cool deck on our patio and fixed all of the horrendous mistakes from our previous contractor that initially did the job insufficiently. Gustavo and his team gave a quote that was reasonable and full of value. They arrived on the day scheduled and guess what, they completed the job on the day scheduled. They were honest with the needed updates, made truly beneficial suggestions. My wife and I are in talks with them about completing a future project.

I had these guys put 125' of curbing in my front yard while I was at work. For the most part it looked pretty good. Its not the best quality concrete mix out there but I'm thinking it will hold up. The first thing I noticed when I got home was a good sized lump right in the middle of my front yard. I contacted them and was told they charge more for any prep work and that their machine will follow the ground. I then told him that if I was contacted telling me there would be a lump in my yard I would have paid to have them take 3 minutes to level out the roughly 2-3 feet of uneven ground. They would not come back to fix it without charging me more which I understand but what I don't understand is it could have taken a 20 second phone call or text to let me know and very easily taken care of.
