Gilbert’s painting was professional the whole way through. We have used others painters in the past, and Gilbert’s Painting far exceed others in every category. We had the popcorn ceiling removed and retextured. Also the entire condo interior paint. They were done in 3 days.

He was there on time, price was tops, his crew power washed, scraped, caulked in some areas etc, repainted it and trim as to my specs. Our journey with Paint Ops began after a botched paint job we received from a “professional contractor” a few months prior. This company ruined our home and took zero responsibility. It left me in tears, money down the drain, and my husband and I were so defeated.

I was very skeptical to hire another company after this experience, but from the very first meeting with Travis everything just felt simple and easy. We didn’t feel rushed or persuaded in our decision, he answered every single question we had, and provided us with a step by step plan. The passion that Travis has is engraved in all aspects of Paint Ops and we could feel that in the way he spoke about what his team could do to fix our home.

The process from day one was very seamless. His team was on time every morning (some mornings they were there before us!), cleaned up at the end of each day, and we barely noticed that they were here! Talk about a team! Ken was so knowledgeable about color schemes, was very thorough in covering imperfections, and had a smile on his face everyday. Zach was always there to answer my questions (no matter how ridiculous lol), was very precise about every angle of each wall, and would do touch ups before I could even ask. Christian, the project manager, was incredible. He briefed us every morning and every afternoon, setting very realistic expectations and had the best attitude. The communication, effectiveness, and collaboration of this team is unmatched.

The work that they’ve done in the community speaks for itself. Travis and his team also give back to various local foundations and charities which makes the whole experience even more worth it.

We all have horrific contractor stories and everyone knows the feeling of having time and money wasted. Not this company. This company delivers on every single promise they make. We are excited to have been blessed with meeting these guys and look forward to having them paint the exterior of our home in the spring :)

We used Improovy to paint the ceiling of our condo before we put it on the market and they did a great job. Super responsive and took care of everything. Seems to be a great solution for any move-in or move-out home painting as they were quick to accommodate our timetable and were able to provide a competitive quote via phone call, which was very convenient. There were a few items that we needed to fix after the job but their team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our project and bring it to a great compulsion. Overall a great experience with the Improovy team - highly recommend.
