Arrowhead repaired a damaged portion of the concrete slab that was the base for cool deck replacement and demolished the old cool deck and replaced it with a very nice one that is very attractive. I am very pleased with the results. It took a couple visits to complete the cleanup but we are now enjoying the product of the Arrowhead teams good work.

We have used Universal Decking & Waterfalls for 20 years. They added to our patio and put a coating on it 20 years ago, and have kept it up for us since that time. Mario Maldonado, owner, is very dependable and has been a pleasure to work with all of these years.

My wife and I purchased our Home, a Midcentury Modern built in 1955 by Ralph Haver in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix. The Home had original ungrounded wiring with exposed wire splicing. There were also two rooms that were added by a previous owner without permits.

Ultimately, we wanted to fully restore our Home to its original character, while at the same time, installing all of the safety, amenities and conveniences found in homes of new construction today.

We interviewed a handful of contactors for this task, Steve Shinn from Homework Remodels being one of them. Steve immediately stood out from the group. We found him easy to talk to, prompt and extremely knowledgeable with the historic characteristics of our Haver Home.

With Steve’s help, we nearly rebuilt most of the major components of our Home. When it was said and done, we upgraded the entire wiring and electric panel, installed new HVAC main unit and ducting lines, replaced all of the plumbing lines (both supply and drain lines including the sewer), installed LED recessed lighting throughout the Home, constructed a stem wall, a trench drain and added mini split HVAC units which the City required for issuing permits for the two unpermitted rooms, installed a 16” slider to the backyard, utilized steel beams to remove loan bearing walls in order to open up the kitchen and the living rooms, installed a tankless water heater system, applied sprayed insulation in the small attic, and performed various other upgrades.

We are very happy with Steve’s work. We found Steve’s work to be of high quality and found Steve’s expertise and creativity in helping rebuild our Haver Home to be invaluable.

We plan on hiring Steve in the near future to complete Phase 2 of our Home, which will include all of the finishes.

They show up when they say they will, the price you are quoted is the price you pay (no surprises or upsells), and they are extremely professional. Bill and his team are also very friendly, polite, and responsive! We were in a situation where we needed images of our repairs, and Bill went above and beyond documenting every step of the process for us. He also understood the time constraints we were working with and completed the work very expeditiously.

Curt & A.J. Installed the Rubber Stone coating in my back yard. It’s the best coating for dog’s paws, far cooler than Kool Decking, but it does get dirty easily.

Contracted with them multiple times and they are very good at what they do and they make everyone around them look good as well.

WeBuildRes is a very professional company from top to bottom. Scott, Tyler and Bryan were creative and yet very easy to work with. Their subcontractors are on time, courteous and clean. We had a devastating flood in our house and WeBuildRes did an amazing job making our house better and much more livable than before. I am in the Construction industry and I would strongly recommend them to anyone for projects large or small.

As the monsoons started to hit us, I became aware of a new roof leak. Eddie came out and surveyed the roof noting a few areas that could be the cause of the new leaks. He also noted existing code violations that would be corrected while they were there. He quoted the project the same day and answered all of my questions. After receiving other quotes, we chose Lyons. The office scheduled us quickly, and finished in less than one week for a tile roof underlayment replacement of over 3k sf. The crew was always timely and tidy. I would highly recommend them to friends and family in the future.

They took deposit in January... it's the middle of August and 1% of carport conversion is done...and that 1% failed 1st inspection...Ron let his license expire so work was done on my property under a suspended license...there is always an excuse as to why his crew keeps breaking scheduled appts...I have contacted AZ ROC and informed them of the operating practices of this company...I could never reccomend ...I would advise anyone to stay clear of Full Frame Construction and Ron...I saw the reviews from last year and brought it up to Ron, who asked me to give him a chance... he's still doing the same thing that others complained about before... he's changed nothing... no more chances Ron
