Great Customer service but can't say that same about their quality of work.

There are grind marks all of the patio floor that significantly visible. I have told them numerous time that this is not how it should look like.

My concerns about this were completely ignored and instead solving this problem they started sending invoices to pay for the job that was horribly done.

I'm attaching images so you can see if you would want your floor to look like this.

It's easy to write a quick, positive review right after the crew cleans up and leaves. I'm writing this over a year later. The foundation work was done in April 2020, where nine piers were installed in 3 days, along with some poly gap filler. Over a year later, the foundation is ROCK SOLID with no movement at all. In addition, Andrew at AFS has been available for calls with a prospective buyer for my house, discussing the initial survey report, the work done, and the warranty that comes with it. We had epoxy re-applied to our garage floor. The Lowes epoxy kit I applied had to be removed to apply the new epoxy. It's beautiful now, it turned out better than I expected. Very professional and a great price! Very happy! Pool decking is next.

We called them to come and look at our concrete floors, we were scheduled for the next morning at 9 am, we even received an email confirming our appointment and a reminder email the next morning about our appointment.

I had these guys put 125' of curbing in my front yard while I was at work. For the most part it looked pretty good. Its not the best quality concrete mix out there but I'm thinking it will hold up. The first thing I noticed when I got home was a good sized lump right in the middle of my front yard. I contacted them and was told they charge more for any prep work and that their machine will follow the ground. I then told him that if I was contacted telling me there would be a lump in my yard I would have paid to have them take 3 minutes to level out the roughly 2-3 feet of uneven ground. They would not come back to fix it without charging me more which I understand but what I don't understand is it could have taken a 20 second phone call or text to let me know and very easily taken care of.
