While researching epoxy floor covering contractors I made inquiries to several and Alan from AZ Polished Concrete was the only person to consistently answer my e-mails both during the week and on weekends. The work was performed last weekend and it turned out great! He showed up when he said he was going to and explained the procedure. We're very happy with the quality as well as the communication Alan provided throughout the process. They installed epoxy flooring in the kitchen of our Phoenix restaurant. It has held up extremely well against spills and heavy foot traffic. Also provides added safety for our staff (non-slip surface).

They are hardworking and pay attention to every detail; they are highly competent, the driveways look fantastic, and they really increased the value of my home. We would definitely hire them again.

I contracted with Mel to widen our driveway, put in a new walkway to my front porch and pour a slab to extend my back patio. He came over on a Monday to prep the areas then returned on a Wednesday to complete the project. Mel's work is amazing. He and his crew know exactly what needs to be done. The end result has enhanced our home. I could not be more pleased.

This company doesn't take responsibility for their actions. Driving down I-17 and one of their trucks blows a tire. (Ok. That sucks) Then the driver keeps driving for almost 1/2 mile to get off the freeway. In this time debris from the truck and trailer are flying off and struck my car. The 2 employees did not speak any English, when I was able to get a hold of Ivan their boss he did not even care. He told me to file a report with DPS, which I did. I then called back and he did not talk to me, I called the next day, same thing. I did leave a message with NO return phone call, I then waited 2 days thinking maybe they were busy, NOPE, still NO call back. I called again and was pushed off to Matt and he said they will not do anything about it but their insurance guy would call me. 2 days later he did call and said, sorry we will not replace your tire because it was not our fault. This is not right and of course the insurance guy was not on scene but the DPS officer was who wrote the debris did come from their truck. This company should replace my tire and I should NOT have to bear the cost of replacement because of their lack of vehicle maintenance!!

Just want to say nice job on removing the tree. Broken in several places. They were fast and clean up wonderful.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I requested a quote on Tuesday. They sent a guy out Wednesday morning who told me I would get the quote later that afternoon or Thursday at the latest. It's now Friday evening and no quote. When I called to ask for an update, the lady i think he name was Candy was rude and disrespectful. My sister then called to get a quote for her house, but the lady automatically assumed she was calling to check on my quote and was rude to my sister. She didn't let her finish saying that she was looking for a quote and cut her off and said, I already told your sister the quote is on the owners desk. A respectful customer service person would have let her finish and realized she was not calling to follow up on my quote; she was trying to get a quote of her own.

Don't know anything about this company's job performance because they are twice no-shows.

I had these guys put 125' of curbing in my front yard while I was at work. For the most part it looked pretty good. Its not the best quality concrete mix out there but I'm thinking it will hold up. The first thing I noticed when I got home was a good sized lump right in the middle of my front yard. I contacted them and was told they charge more for any prep work and that their machine will follow the ground. I then told him that if I was contacted telling me there would be a lump in my yard I would have paid to have them take 3 minutes to level out the roughly 2-3 feet of uneven ground. They would not come back to fix it without charging me more which I understand but what I don't understand is it could have taken a 20 second phone call or text to let me know and very easily taken care of.
