Best Repair Coating in Phoenix AZ

We had our driveway, walkway as well as our large patio done by Richard four years ago with a combination of faux flagstone and cool decking. Richards' crew did an outstanding job. We recommended them to several of our friends who in turn had theirs done.
Recently we asked Richard to see if we needed another sealant added after the recommended four years. He said that everything looked fine, but the driveway needed the re-coating. They also touched up a few places that had gotten damaged.
Richard was extremely fair in his pricing and his associates were absolutely great.

This company is reputable and professional. Their process is top notch and complicated. We had foundation issues on a slab foundation. Their engineers extensively evaluated the problem and planned a solution which involved many moving parts. Delays were experienced through the permitting process due to backlogs in the County. Because this was a complicated engineering process high level review from the County was required. There were several crews involved at different stages of the process. We were impressed with the work ethic of every crew member. When completed you would not have known any ground was disturbed and the composite stitch was exemplary. Highly recommend this company. Worth the wait and the cost.

I called Mel for a quote, he provided a prompt response and showed up on time. He knocked out the quote on site and had a contract to us within 2 days. His quote was a well below other contractor's. When they started the job they were on time and efficient. They always left the job clean and everything back in place. He has done a couple of jobs for us and we've been extremely pleased both times.

We had a concrete project go south on us and the finished product was sub par at best. We contacted Sun Valley and had the driveway diamond ground and polyaspartic coated. Sun Valley really saved us on this project without them our customer would have never given us a great review. I highly recommend them for any of your concrete coating needs. We had epoxy re-applied to our garage floor. The Lowes epoxy kit I applied had to be removed to apply the new epoxy. It's beautiful now, it turned out better than I expected. Very professional and a great price! Very happy! Pool decking is next.

I just called Five Star to request a quote for some work. A guy answered the phone and I said “hi, how are you today?” He said “who’s calling”...I gave my name and he promptly hung up on me! I believe he thought I was a solicitor because I asked how he was before staying what I was calling for! What the heck??
