There are so many people out there who just do what they have to do and then take off, but Nick took the time to show my husband and I diagrams of elevations in our house. I needed to repair my concrete driveway and was worried about finding someone reliable in Phoenix. But First choice concrete came to save the day! They are professional, efficient and did a great job on my driveway. Highly recommend them

We had Paradise Concrete fabricate a fireplace hearth and kitchen island concrete top about a year ago. The fireplace hearth turned out beautiful. The kitchen island however is the complete opposite. There are patterns on the top that make the top look like 3 sections were fabricated. Plus, Paradise Concrete made it it in the wrong color. I've tried to reach out several times to Hannah to replace the top, which she said she would after a site visit. It's been 4 months since then, nearly 8 months since the work has been done, and she is no longer responding. I'm very disappointed in how this has been handled, and even though the hearth came out beautiful, I could not recommend Paradise Concrete based on their follow up. We basically paid for an island top that isn't what we wanted and she has done nothing about it.
