The work that this contractor and his team did to fix the cracks in our driveway was excellent, and they were extremely competitive. They have my highest recommendation and I would hire them again.

Working with these guys was a blessing. My concrete driveway, concrete patio, and concrete foundation in Scottsdale look better than I ever could have imagined. They even did some extra concrete work for me at no extra charge. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs concrete work done.

BEWARE! This company is a complete JOKE! Words cannot describe the awful experience I had with this company. The project was done in March of this year and chunks of the floors are literally missing. I am more than happy to discuss further with anyone even considering using Sledge. Going with this company was one of the worst mistakes I've ever made.

Within a year after purchasing our Pulte home we began to notice numerous cracks in the drywall, tile and foundation. About half of our doors would not close because the door frames were no longer square. Even though the house was only a few years old, Pulte refused to even come look at it. We sued Pulte, along with about one hundred other homeowners in our neighborhood for the building defects.

Over the next four years we learned that our neighborhood had been built on expansive soil. This means the soil under our foundations would absorb moisture and expand. Then when the soil dries, it contracts. If the foundation is not properly built to withstand the force of this continuous expansion and contraction, it cracks. Since the soil does not expand evenly under the foundation, one part of the house can be forced up, while another part of the house will drop. Our foundation had a 3.7 inch deviation from the high point to the low point.

Another thing we learned during our lawsuit is that a post-tension foundation is the bare minimum a builder can do to prevent these issues and unfortunately it doesn’t always work. To use an analogy, our foundation is a ship with a cracked hull floating on rough water and it’s breaking apart. We needed help.

We contacted Arizona Foundation Solutions. Ryan Tracey came to our house and clearly explained the process. The soil around our foundation was tested. A leak detection test was done to ensure we did not have a leak under our foundation. AFS also inspected and measured our foundation. All of this information was sent to an engineer to be examined in order to determine what needed to be done to save our house.

Ryan presented us with the solution and provided us with all of the documents. It was determined that the back of our house was sinking. AFS would use 16 piers to lift and support the back of our house. Holes would then be drilled through our foundation to pump a poly foam under the foundation. This would help level the foundation and fill any voids.

On the first day of construction, Steven, the foreman, introduced himself and his crew, Jose and Jorge. Over the next few days Steven and his crew went above and beyond what they had to do. After they raised the back of the house, my wife could not open the front door. Steven came inside and fixed our front door for us.

For the next step in the process, Sarah and Alex arrived and began drilling holes through the foundation. They then pumped the poly foam under the foundation. Afterwards, they sealed the holes. They even replaced our carpet for us.

As you can imagine, this whole process made an incredible mess in the backyard and inside the house. After they were done, Steven, Jose, Jorge, Sarah and Alex left our house in immaculate condition. My wife and I felt completely comfortable with them working in and around our house. We appreciate all of their time and hard work. We would recommend Arizona Foundation Solutions to anyone in this unfortunate situation.

I had Prosperity Construction pour an extra large addition to the driveway in my front yard as well as a large concrete pad in the backyard. They also replaced a personnel gate and repaired my RV gate for me. The job was done very well, in a most professional manner at a really good price and I am super pleased. In fact, I'm going to have them replace my original driveway that has sunk and broke. They do a really good job and I would highly recommend them if you want a great, quality job, at a very reasonable cost. Thank you!!

I called this company upon the recommendation from one of their past customers. I had a quote from a competitor for the same work they ended up doing. The result was that they were able to save me thousands of dollars for the same work. The project started on time but delays...mostly weather related and issues with permitting...caused this project to take longer than first promised. I dealt with Brian and he was always responsive to my questions and concerns. I would recommend this company to anyone needing structural foundation repairs. They were honest, professional, and didn't pad the bill...what more could you ask for?

They need to have a serious talk with their employees about texting and driving and going the speed limit. Especially driving down 44th St. the morning of April 26th.

If you are in the field of construction, come to work for these guys! Especially if you love fat paychecks and overtime! Also great if you wanna see the good ole U.S. of A!

I recently hired AZ Polished Concrete to polish the floor of a newly converter carport/garage. I can't say enough good things about how this process went! Working with AZPC was very easy, their communication, promptness, attention to detail and quality were amazing! There were numerous small concerns that I pointed out with cracks and chips and all were perfectly addressed. On the first day, the guys stayed really late making sure to take care of everything they needed to. I attached a picture to this review. My concrete floors were poured in 1978 and were looking pretty bad after years of use, oil spills, paint, spackle, etc. After they were done, the floor looks FANTASTIC!

This company did an awesome job on my patio extension. They were professional and completely the job in a timely manner. They were also thorough with the cleanup after the job.

I don't know how this place has a 5 star rating I called to get an estimate and they were super rude. I gave the estimator the dimensions and he stated he needed to look at it first. Then I proceeded to ask some more questions for him to just start yelling at me about the job. I will not do business with a company that is so unprofessional.
