Called Mary in your office and she took care of helping me. Yesterday, Abraham came about 3:30 to take care of myconcerns and repaint part of the area in front. He was very kind andpatient with me. I really should have noticed the problem right after it waspainted and I didnt do it. The painting experience with Metzgers was a NIGHTMARE! What was stated on the contract was not completed! Did not scrape the loose paint off and did not power wash. Their painter lied about performing the work and then they tried to justify a higher charge that was due to their painters lack of knowledge and work ethic! Not too mention, the work I had to miss to supervise the work which took 6 days instead of 3 because their painter tried to skip the prep work and rush through the walk through!
The owner(Jeremiah) agreed that their painter did not do certain things yet was argumentative when accepting responsibility.
Unless you want a horrible experience - find another painter!

From the point the of the estimate through the completion of the job, they were friendly, professional, on time and did great work on the exterior painting, and clean up. They also had a convenient ways to pay. I would recommend Certapro Painters for sure. Ty for doing an amazing job. Robert.

This company was referred to me and after searching for months to find someone to add drywall to my home, I was happy to finally get someone into my home for a quote. Eduardo was kind and professional. He explained his process, took measurements and sent me the reasonable quote exactly when he said that he would.
While there was the occasional scheduling delay, in construction its to be expected that an additional day may be needed but all and all,
His team worked fast and Mostly on schedule and it looks AMAZING.
Drywall was completed, a new ceiling was added to a hallway that was raised AND they then painted. In less than a weeks time all together, my home was complete! Not only was I satisfied as a home owner, my husband and I use E & S Painting exclusively for Drywall, Painting and Stucco Repairs for our small business. They are THAT good.

Extra Mile Painting is superb, prompt, efficient, professional and so helpful. I left a message and was originally contacted by Jack, who was quick and efficient. Kendall, our main point of contact came out for a popcorn ceiling estimate. He has been so helpful, flexible and professional throughout this entire experience. Thank you Kendall! We were only going to use them for the popcorn but they were so amazing, we switched over to them for everything. Our popcorn ceilings (in the main room with very high ceilings, and in a bedroom), the kitchen cabinets and painting every inch of the interior.

Hector and his team were prompt and very knowledgeable. They beat our other estimates for all of it! They not only beat the other estimates, they completed EVERYTHING in record time. They started on a Friday and finished by Monday. They came in Tuesday for a few minor touch ups and they are done for now.

They will even come back once we move everything in for more touch ups. This company and crew is outstanding! Now on to the exterior and the garage! :)7

Working with CetraPro Painters was great! They took the time to visit my home and outline, in detail, what would be included in my quote. They were consistently available to answer my questions, walk through paint choices, and even finished the job ahead of schedule! Great experience and I would highly recommend.

Terrible follow-up experience with their lead estimator (i.e., salesman) and back office. Their unprofessionalism and incompetence makes the actual work performed irrelevant. Do not hire.

I just moved into my new house about a year ago and I wasn't too crazy about the interior color of it and wanted to get some work done. I've been looking for someone who would get the job done just right but some of the places I found, had some bad reviews. One of my neighbors refereed me to Your Phoenix Painter and I decided to give them a call because they had nothing but good things to say about them. They did an excellent job on the color and the staff was extremely nice and friendly! I was very happy with the outcome. I will use Your Phoenix Painter for any painting services that I need to get done from now on.

We moved into our new place, and there was one floor that really needed a paint freshen up, in addition to the people moving out left a few things screwed into the walls that needed to be removed. I put out a few quote requests thru Yelp for painting crews. The pricing difference was a bit crazy for the same detail (including pictures). Anyway, Ivan was SUPER responsive, asked great questions, and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He was specific with the patches that needed to be made as well as paint color, furniture being moved, etc. We settled on the details and scheduled the job.

He texted me prior to ensure that we were still a go the day before (which I appreciated). He also let me know right on time, that he was at the paint store and arrived exactly 15 mins later. They taped/prepped the area, moving furniture, paintings, etc. and got to work. They worked quietly, but quickly and now my room looks amazing! I also appreciated that he accepts Venmo- makes it alot easier for me.

I will definitely use them again when we need painting!

We had a miserable experience with Marcel painting. It looked good at first, the bid was good (we didn't notice the math error on the contract until later where, instead of subtracting 10% they added 10%). When 2020 settled down we decided to have our wedding at home so contacted them to begin work. We began to have questions about the painting on the second day. (My fiancé was in commercial construction for 25+ years and has been responsible for much interior work, including painting, at numerous Starbucks and other businesses in AZ)
We contacted the crew leader to address our concerns but he told us when he came to the house to trust the painters' process and point things out when they are finished.
The job deteriorated from there and was much much worse upstairs. They left messes in EVERY rom of the house. Each room had serious mistakes, messes and thing that just didn't get done. The crew left early on the last day ( about 1:30) without saying goodbye or announcing they considered the job finished so we waited to see if they would return because the job was so clearly not complete or done correctly. Well, a couple of days later, we received an email saying the crew informed them they were finished and they wanted us to pay and give them a good review.
We complained and told them we do not want that crew back or the crew leader. I asked the owner to come to the house to see what a case of gross incompetence this was. He came and was apologetic. He was looking into the future to get a crew here to fix it but I told him we had postponed our wedding for this so he needed to get a crew here right away (which he did). The new crew were very nice but made it worse by painting OVER the masking tape the last crew left all over the baseboards. The next day we skipped our morning workout to greet them at 6am but they didn't pull up until 7:20. We voiced our dissatisfaction and told the owner we will finish the job ourselves. All in all, it took 31 days with our house a wreck and no ability to Reschedule our wedding. We are sanding down the baseboards and still have extensive cleanup to do (we had recently replaced all the doorknobs in the house and the first crew got paint on every single one... in some cases a ridiculous amount) they got paint on both the cloth shower curtains AND cloth liners, paint on hardware, mirrors, carpet, tile and grout. Sheet rock dust and particles all over one room without even an attempt to clean up at all by the first crew.
The photos were taken after we were notified that the job was finished. All the baseboards look as bad or in some cases, worse than the one photo.

Blake and team painted the exterior of my home and did a great job. Because of that, I have used Blake numerous times now for my business (we own 3 restoration franchises) and he and the team continue to do nothing but impress. Highly recommend Paint My Place!

VanDerKolk did my iron fences. They did a fantastic job. Showed high-level of care and skill, and most importantly integrity. They did what they said they'd do. I would recommend them.
