Extra Mile Painting is superb, prompt, efficient, professional and so helpful. I left a message and was originally contacted by Jack, who was quick and efficient. Kendall, our main point of contact came out for a popcorn ceiling estimate. He has been so helpful, flexible and professional throughout this entire experience. Thank you Kendall! We were only going to use them for the popcorn but they were so amazing, we switched over to them for everything. Our popcorn ceilings (in the main room with very high ceilings, and in a bedroom), the kitchen cabinets and painting every inch of the interior.

Hector and his team were prompt and very knowledgeable. They beat our other estimates for all of it! They not only beat the other estimates, they completed EVERYTHING in record time. They started on a Friday and finished by Monday. They came in Tuesday for a few minor touch ups and they are done for now.

They will even come back once we move everything in for more touch ups. This company and crew is outstanding! Now on to the exterior and the garage! :)

Joe was responsive in email and accommodating. His painters did an excellent job on the exterior of my house. The painters were pleasant and willing to to accommodate as well. We didn't ask for much but they seemed eager to please.

The final result looks clean and professionally done. I am glad that I hired Extra Mile Painting Company and will use them again in the future.

We had Extra Mile Painting do both our Exterior and Interior painting. They were diligent and fast. They covered everything and moved everything. There is only One Painting Company that I would recommend to my friends and family and it is Extra Mile. The customer Service and the care is outstanding. Joe, the owner, stays involved and has some great people working for him, who truly go the Extra Mile!!!

Extra Mile Painting has done work both at our office, and our home. Both times, the pricing was fair and the work was top notch. The workers were right on time, did an amazing job, had a fast turnaround time and cleaned up so well afterwards that it's like they were never here. We had an awesome experience with Joe and Extra Mile Painting Company. He and his company went above and beyond what was promised! They painted our 7300 sf house in only 3 days. On the 4th day, the cleaners showed up and cleaned it from top to bottom This was such a positive experience. I highly recommend you use this company. We had a bad experience with another company and are so please with the results and quality of the workmanship.

A huge thank you to Joe and his crew Hector, Ricardo and Flaco for your hard work in painting the exterior of my house. From start to finish each person was very positive, friendly, service-oriented, and easy to work with! I had a lot of cracks around the windows and trim, which were caulked. New stucco was applied to many areas damaged by woodpeckers. These were all repaired prior to the prime and paint - they even washed off all my window screens! They did an excellent job and the end result was a sharp-looking house that looks amazing. They didn't leave the job site until everything was to my total satisfaction - to me the customer service and warranty coverage is a cut above the rest. Thank you EMP company!!

Luis with extra mile painting company came out to my home for a free estimate about a month ago. I was impressed how they scheduled the appointment and arrived on time. I had 2 other painting companies actually not even show up for the estimate! Luis was professional and even made some color recommendations for us. We had our interrupt repainted and they’re prices were fair. After the work was complete, they even walked the property with me to make sure everything was 100%. I’m very impressed with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have used Extra Mile painting six times. Four at my own personal residence and two at my office. They are the only painters I use. They are great, competitive on pricing and always clean up. They definitely go the extra mile and always recommend them to my friends and family.

That being said I am always a phone call away and maintained communication with you throughout the process especially in the beginning. Anytime there is the potential for a change order we make every effort to disclose it on the front end and as is always the case our customers maintain full control to decide whether to move forward or not prior to start. The challenges experienced with using online payment unfortunately were unavoidable and we made every effort thru the bank to make it as seamless as possible for you in this special circumstance as we have never had any issues with online payment. I did personally make an effort early on as well to give you alternative means of payment and offered to pick up payment from you personally on multiple occasions. Our payment schedule is clearly stated on our contracts and is disclosed clearly prior to starting a project. Our workers which are vested with our company give 100% effort in delivering great workmanship in a timely manner. These guys go above and beyond. They are the best service for the best price! Sounds silly, but the culture of the company REALLY IS going the extra mile, and it is so impressive! They can also get a job done quickly too: no waiting around for weeks and weeks. If you want it done this week, they can do that! Such a great company. I will use them for all my painting needs!

Was confident that this was going to be an easy project after meeting with the owner. Im not one to complain, but maybe you might find this helpful when choosing your painting pro. This is being written about a year after job was complete.
They use the base Dunn Edwards and watered it down to almost literally water. (We tried to use leftovers for touch ups - it was comical) Did not caulk where promised. Tape was left up around the house. No one on the ground crew speaks english, so there were several communication issues and mistakes were made resulting in some things needing a repaint. Owner is not checking in on-site. The crew actually had a family party on our front lawn at lunch - their kids turned off our water! They took about a day and a half to finish the project that the owner estimated (and I paid for) to take 3 days. Which would be great if that didnt mean terrible quality.
They offer a free touch up service, which I thought was a nice touch, but when I reached out to them to come back out I got no response.
Bottom line, house exterior is already fading and we are having to repaint a year later. Frustrated that we paid the extra money. :(

We had used Extra Mile Painting on two prior occasions and had good experiences. This most recent experience was one whereby I would never use their service again in the future, nor would I recommend their service.
Contrary to their tag line, they do not go the Extra Mile. There was work that was not done completely as specified in our Agreement. I was promised on several occasions that they would return to finish the work. It is well over one month later and it is still incomplete. Most recently, they did not return my call to inquire when someone would come by.
Moreover, in retrospect, their price billed for the work was way more than it should have been and we feel ripped off.
I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

2 times Extra Mile has come out to paint my home. The first time was a year ago. It needed it badly. He made my own look so amazing. Then, after a year went by, a drunk driver took out my back yard. There was Joe one more time with his crew to paint our back yard walls! Amazing job, high quality, and a MUST USE!!

Extra mile absolutely killed it painting my house. I procrastinated with a deadline and Extra Mile came out and got my rather large house done in a day and a half. Part of my house wasn't read yet so they are even coming back to finish it. I literally could not have asked for an easier process. My involvement was opening the rear gate and paying. That's it and now my house looks amazing. Will be using again for some of our commercial projects.

You can't go wrong with these guys. Joe and is crew are top notch and you will notice this from the first time you meet them. Professional is an understatement. Joe is scheduled to paint my shop here in the next couple weeks so I look forward to new paint. The best part is I know I won't have to worry about them getting it done perfectly. thanks Joe

Based on the good reviews here I expected a professional company and while the work was adequate there are a few issues on the business end of things that dropped my rating to 2 stars:

1. Changing the price after the quote was accepted.
2. Very pushy and borderline harassing payment requests.
3. Accounting errors.
4. Online payment problems.

After I submitted a request for a quote Jack got back to me very quickly and provided a bid. It was a reasonable quote so I decided to move forward. He said they had availability for the following week (which was a big plus), and it would be 25% to lock in the day, 25% deposit, and then the final 50% upon completion.

Jack told me that they would accept Zelle (also known as QuickPay/SurePay, depending on who you bank with), or personal check, or credit (which would involve a surcharge.) I replied that Zelle would work for me and promptly set up a payment for the first 25%. I had to do this in two installments however, since my bank caps the amount for transactions to Zelle recipients without established payment history. Jack gave me a bit of a hard time about this which should not have been an issue on their end - at this point no work had yet been performed.

Here is where we had the first issue. It took a few more back and forth text messages with Jack to get payment details worked out. Apparently the owner, Joe, did not have his phone number registered in the Zelle system (only email), so the payments were not being automatically deposited. I remained patient as we sorted through the payment issues.

After this was all sorted out, Jack gave me a call and told me that he had made an error in calculating how much paint would be required due to the finish on my house, and would I mind very much in splitting the difference. This kind of put me on the spot. I didn't want them to try to stretch the paint too thin in order to keep costs down. And based on our previous payment SNAFU above, I also worried about getting my 25% back promptly if I didn't agree to the adjustment. In hindsight, I probably should have cancelled the job here. No honest business should call their customer back and ask them to revise the quote based on an error on their part, especially after the customer has paid the good faith deposit. You eat the extra cost, end of story.

After the work was done, Jack was back on the phone with me to collect the remaining 50% (plus the extra paint add-on). He incorrectly provided me with a balance that did not include credit for all payments that had been made and accepted. After correcting him, once again I promptly set up payment. Once again as well I received multiple follow up texts and phone calls from both Jack and Joe asking me to check things on my end. Again, I felt this was pretty unprofessional. Make sure you have things set up on your end before you harass your customer.

Joe, your business needs to get up to speed on modern payment methods. If online banking is too complex for you then get a bookkeeper who can handle it or insist on paper checks (and accept the loss of business that entails). Your customers have busy lives and they are paying your company for a seamless experience.

We are sorry that you were inconvenienced Adam, please understand that we go out of our way to provide a great service and our team rely's on work in order to put food on the table like you as well and negative comments are immediately addressed and we go out of our way to rectify situations in order to have a good reputation and it not affect our business. A simple approach would have been to either call us or ask the painter to please move his truck and we would Definitely have done so. It is never our intent to inconvenience someone but at times our people like all are only human. We appreciate your understanding.

Terrible follow-up experience with their lead estimator (i.e., salesman) and back office. Their unprofessionalism and incompetence makes the actual work performed irrelevant. Do not hire.
