Great, overall experience. From the first phone call, to the quote, to scheduling the painting, and the finished product - - everything was perfect. Very professional - - everything in writing and done over the internet. For us, the freshly stuccoed back wall was powerwashed, sprayed with and undercoat, and sprayed twice with the paint. No more that 4 hours!

They missed several spots scraping off peeling paint, and failed to mask two windows properly which resulted in overspray which was removed with a razor blade. Other than that they did a good job and am satisfied.

My home's exterior was recently painted by Rising Phoenix Painting. In addition to being outdated, it needed some repairs. I researched and received bids from several companies for this huge project. Once I reached out to Rising Phoenix Painting, Angel contacted me about my project. He was very transparent from the start. When we met for the paint quote, I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me anything or asking me to upgrade services like some other companies. Throughout the process, Angel kept me updated, and he was very flexible with my schedule. Melissa Probst our estimator came by and communicated well with us as far as colors, paint company, price, description of service and appointment. The two painters that came over for the two day job(July) we’re efficient, thorough and professional. Interaction and communication went smoothly and they were respectful of us and our property. They did a great job on prep work, final touch ups, clean up and walk through before and after. If your choosing this company maybe you can refer to this comment and ask for the same people that did our service. Our choice was worth the cost/investment.

Decided to go with this company after reading good reviews and the exterior painting process listed on their website. The estimator Nick did a great job explaining the process, the quality paints they use and the warranty. After all that the $3,500 price tag seemed worth it. Unfortunately all I got was a horrible paint job that took almost a month to finish. Do not let Hugo and his team touch your house, they will find a short cut for anything. Paint was not applied correctly in areas so it's very uneven especially on stucco. Block fence wasn't primed first so you can still see the block after the paint has soaked it. I was told the trim would be hand brushed but it was sprayed so now there is paint all over the roof shingles. Don't let him fool you into side work either, his foundation patch is sloppy and bumpy. Scheduled several appointments for touch ups and no one showed up multiple times even after calling and rescheduling. I won't be using this company now for the inside of my house or the future.
