My experience is too long to write about so I'll sum it up. They are Slow, never return calls when promised, do a rush job, the work is sloppy, you will be calling them to fix and patch things. I've called 4 times and in 1 year after my kitchen was done. And the most recent was 2 days ago my faucet is loose. Im praying it does leak again. He has not sent a plumber to tighten things up. It was and has been a nightmare, to say the least. The people I've spoken to all seem nice but the service is extremely poor. They do offer payment arrangements.

Maybe they need to take on less projects and give more time to each individual. I will be calling back again on Monday.

We had an awesome experience with PuroClean! They were really here for us when we needed it the most - my moms entire house flooded late Saturday night, so we needed help with the water mitigation and dry out of the entire house fast. I was connected to PuroClean and they took our call in the middle of the night (prob 1am) and their team was at our house at 9am the same day. Incredible! We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.

From the beginning to the end of our Remediation, we were very pleased with the quality, professionalism and respect shown by the company. We would certainly use them again.

We had a A/C unit put in 3 weeks ago.. had appointment set up so they can fix the hole in our roof, on July 5th and THEY cancel it. Got a call from then yesterday July 11th saying it was schedule for today July 12th between 8am and 10am.. no one show up.. called them they said that we are have you for tomorrow July 13th at 8am to 10am. I took off of work today so they can come fix the hole in my roof that I been having sense June 24th.. wow what a run around we have with this company. I will not be using EHS Restoration ever again and will let my family and friends know.
