Could not have been more happy with the people and service I received from J&B Carpets. From the moment I walked in, they were willing to try and work with me and my schedule. They provided a wealth of information to me to base my carpet purchase decision off of, actually came out that same day to measure the house (located in Mesa) and provide me with an accurate quote. They worked around the schedule my painters had established. As soon as they were done, J&B came in the next day and began their work.

I can honestly say that it has been quite awhile since I have encountered such respectful and knowledgeable sales people. They were without a doubt in a profession they loved. The information and advice they provided was extremely helpful and helped me see the big picture. I recommend you giving them the opportunity to review and consult on your existing projects.
