I cannot say enough positive things about this company. They had to tear up old ceramic tile, haul it out, level the floor, then lay new vinyl plank tile. They were courteous, efficient, neat, friendly, responsible, reliable, honest and the best flooring guys I've ever met (and I've dealt with quite a few.) If you need work done--these are the people to contact. Highly recommend them.

Great experience with this company
We had a problem with flooring previously installed by another contractor and Victor came to our rescue. We needed a new floor and their showroom had so many options for us to choose from. We found one we loved and Victor’s crew did a great job with installing it. Professional, fast and clean. Everyone we worked with was great and we couldn’t be happier with our new floor. Thank you Victor and your crew! You’re first class and we highly recommend you!

Super happy! Mario and Victor and the whole team was professional and worked quickly. They worked over the crazy holiday season and managed to gut and remodel our 1,716 sq ft home in 3 months. They were flexible with our requests along the way. We were most happy with their responsiveness and on-going communication throughout the process. Highly recommend!

My flooring looks sooo good! I’m so happy with how they turned out. They guys at Phx floors are very professional. They were able to finish both of my bathrooms in 9 hours. I couldn’t believe how quick and efficient they worked. I will definitely hire them again for future flooring needs.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Victor and Mario and their team at PHX floors. I recently had them install a white tile backsplash in my kitchen. They were extremely helpful when choosing which subway tile would look best and was within my price range. They were quick, efficient, and got the job done in 2 days. They were very respectful of my living space and made sure that after they left day 1 my kitchen was still useable and clean. They even pushed my stove back in so I could use it. Overall, I’m so incredibly happy with the work that they did. I feel like I have a whole new kitchen. It makes me even want to cook....well kind of. ? Another reason I chose them is because they make me feel safe. As a female alone with my 5 year old son during the day I felt comfortable and they even went out of their way to include him in it. If you have a 5 year old boy you know their attraction to anything in the scope of building things or getting your hands dirty. My 5 year old kept asking them questions and they both went out of their way to answer ALL of his questions and even let him push down a tile or two. They really stole both of our hearts when they showed how truly kind and caring they are. They are truly trustworthy, honest, and do some beautiful work. Thank you PHX Floors. Viktor and Mario are fantastic. They did an excellent job replacing our hardwood floors with wood-look vinyl plank, taking care of every last detail, and referring us to a reputable and affordable painter to do some additional work around the house. These guys are honest, trustworthy, and take pride in their work. Highly recommend.

I feel very lucky to have met Victor and Marios. To say that they did an amazing job with my flooring would be a woeful understatement, because they really went above and beyond in practically every conceivable way.

When it comes to renovations, unexpected blockers and difficulties can spring up at any moment. When they do, you'll be glad to have Marios and Victor on your side because they are consummate professionals. Their honesty is as impeccable as their professionalism, and it's that integrity and faultless work ethic that ensures that they will see a job through regardless of the potential adversities encountered. I have experienced first hand how they clearly and plainly dictated what work would be undertaken, any potential difficulties, and what remediation ought to be undertaken to move past those adversities.

That tenacity and grit alone would make them worthy of recommendation - but I also have to note that the work they do is really, genuinely top notch. I've come away from this experience with flooring and tiling that looks absolutely amazing. It helps that Marios is an absolute genius with colours, and made artful suggestions that so very clearly paid off with the awesome end results I'm now lucky enough to be enjoying.

Finally, I think it would be remiss of me not to mention that they're just genuinely great people. Easy to get along with, and a pleasure to work with at every stage in the process. I think this is best exemplified by the fact that they have such ready connections to similarly skilled and professional renovators and contractors across the trades, who are happy to alongside them. This fact, I think, speaks volumes about their respectability and expertise.

I feel very privileged to have stumbled into Victor and Marios, because I don't think I could have ended up with a better result working with anyone else. They are a local enterprise, and take evident pride in the high quality of their work. I hope that anyone reading this review knows that these traits are worth their weight in gold in the world of renovation and home improvement.

I could not be happier with our new floors!! PHX Floors & More did an amazing job removing our disgusting 12 year old carpet and putting in beautiful luxury vinyl! Sean and the guys were awesome from estimate to finish. They were efficient and friendly, on time, and professional. Tony was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect floor within our budget. Mario, Victor, and Sean all worked really hard moving furniture, ripping out nasty carpet and getting the new floors installed in just a couple of days. Love, love, love how they turned out, highly recommend ???

Vartan was amazing! He not only responded quickly, but was able to start the job quickly too! The floors look absolutely amazing! Phx Floors & More has helped us with 2 renovations and they also did 2 jobs for my in-laws and now my parents are using them! Viktor and Mario are so accommodating and respectful, really great guys. Our house feels like a home and is exactly what we wanted.

These guys were dishonest and did subpar work. I’ve had to redo things in my house after firing them and even had to hire a second contractor to fix what they did and finish the work I originally hired them to do. My total out of pocket costs because of them are in the 4K range. After posting an unfavorable review on Yelp I was harassed by phone by the owner and then they flagged my review as false content and got it taken down. I appealed to Yelp and posted another review that they couldn’t remove. If you have any questions about the quality of their work or want to see photos of what they did in my house, feel free to ask me. Do not hire these guys. I also have an actually good company I can refer you to. Cheers folks.

Great company! We highly recommend them.
They replaced our carpet to vinyl and did an excellent job. In just about 5 hours everything was done nicely and they cleaned they finished. We are very happy with the work.

I contacted Phoenix Floors and spoke to Victor and Mario for my house flooring project and honestly I am super excited to have these guys do the install. Obviously I shopped around and called many places but when I called this company I was very satisfied with their price and products. I have referred my friends and family already and everyone is very happy. Thanks Victor and Mario, you guys rock!

Victor and Tony were terrific. Had them come in and fix a disaster situation (botched by another contractor) on a crunched timeline. They jumped right on it, were very involved, frequently stopped by the job site continuously to inspect the progress, and checked in with me to see if I was happy, and immediately fixed anything I had concern with. 100% worth the money and would recommend to my friends.
