A huge thank you to Henry and Treyton with all their help. We were looking to install new tile flooring in our bathroom and Treyton and Henry were a huge help with this. They not only helped us out with choosing the proper tile for what we needed, but they were a big help as well in the installation process!!
I cannot recommend these guys enough. If we ever need new flooring whether it’s tile, carpet, etc. we’ll definitely come back here. 100% recommend.

We had Arrowhead Carpet & Tile Install carpeting in one bedroom for us and It was just amazing to see the selection we made at the showroom come to life when it was installed in the bedroom. We got Mohawk smart strand Silk. We love it and it is so comfy and cozy in that bedroom now.

I stopped in without an appointment and was greeted immediately by a very friendly and helpful salesperson. I can honestly say that it has been quite awhile since I have encountered such respectful and knowledgeable sales people. They were without a doubt in a profession they loved. The information and advice they provided was extremely helpful and helped me see the big picture. I recommend you giving them the opportunity to review and consult on your existing projects. Or even if you're not sure exactly what you want, their advise was valuable.
Definitely worth the visit!

Great family run company; easy to do business with. Good customer experience from beginning to end. Dealt with several of the guys throughout my project, but mostly Adam who oversaw all the details. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality products and people.

This is Worst carpet, was actually laid down so bad, it lifts in every room including the closet. The last picture with the door stop, shows how high it bubbles up. This was Really poorly done.
We called and called and no one would return our calls to have this taken care of. This really is the worst carpet ever. Customer service is obviously not good. I will always go to a bigger brand store where everything is under warranty and it’s a no-brainer to go with someone who is Better Business Bureau associated. These people are not.

We visited this store without an appointment today. Their service was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. We got exactly what we needed; Adam was helpful and courteous, and explained our options well. Thanks for a great service and a really affordable price.

Adam was super helpful; we received a great, fast service and they were able to match our floor (which was discontinued and hard to get). Price was also very reasonable!

The personnel at Arrowhead Carpet and Tile are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We purchased luxury vinyl plank from them and they helped us install the flooring. We are very happy with the finished product and highly recommend them for your flooring needs.

They also supplied us with quartz countertops and all the tile for our showers and bathroom floors. The end product was amazing and we love it.

From the initial phone conversation, to seeing samples specifically laid out for us at the store to the installation, we can’t say enough about Arrowhead. Adam was so easy to work with and addressed every question or concern we had. We had two different installers (due to renovations at our house at the same time pausing the install) and both were top quality and didn’t miss a beat. We wholeheartedly and proudly recommend this company!

Arrowhead Carpet & Tile has a big showroom with lots to choose from! Henry is very nice and welcoming, as is his son! You can automatically feel how honest and trustworthy they are. Business has been under new ownership since 2021, and I can see how they have worked very hard to build a positive company image! I VERY highly recommend them for your flooring needs!

We recently purchased carpeting from here and I am very impressed with the level of service given. They have a wide variety of flooring in stock to choose from. Once the installation was scheduled the installer was on time and did a fantastic job. We couldn’t be happier, thank you!!

We LOVE our new carpet from Arrowhead Carpet & Tile! Adam was amazing from start to finish--He helped us find an affordable carpet, came out to measure as promised, and answered all of our questions. Install was completed by Andy, who is clearly a seasoned pro. Our install was perfect with a high attention to detail! We found Arrowhead after a failed attempt to have carpet installed through Lowe's, and we will ALWAYS return to Arrowhead for all of our flooring needs.

I have been using Arrowhead Carpet & Tile for many years. They just keep getting better! We absolutely love our new Mohawk carpet.The upgraded pad has been wonderful(we have pets and the waterproof pad works amazingly well). Adam was our contact and he is terrific at every point over customer service.

Great service! I needed a rug for my bedroom. Trayton Wuollet went above and beyond to make me one out of shaw carpet!

After dealing with Tom and his son for carpet installation this week, I can say the 1 star reviews must be fakes or from competitors. Tom is nothing but the most kind and helpful guy. Customer service was top notch!

We went to the showroom with our paint sample/tile in hand on Saturday and found the carpet we thought we wanted. He had it in stock but asked us if we wanted to check out other samples. He showed us another sample in the same product line but a couple shades lighter. It matched even better and was in stock too. Tom was able to come out the next business day to measure and his son was out two days later for the install. Can't be happier with that level of service! Very happy with our purchase. We will be back when it's time to tile our kitchen back-splash.

Ordered a custom rug from arrowhead carpet and tile and it turned out great, great customer service and were fast! A friend of mine also had flooring installed by them, they did an awesome job!

We hired Arrowhead Carpet, Tile and Interiors to tile the majority of our second level, and they did an amazing job from helping me select the flooring to the craftsmanship. I was very impressed with the quality of work and their customer service. When we have the first floor done, we know where to go.

I had carpet and vinyl flooring done in my showroom in Mesa - these guys were awesome, ON TIME which is a biggie for me, the guys doing the work were professionals and Kyle and Tom were extremely helpful when we made our decisions and the pricing was very competitive. Thanks again gents. I highly recommend these folks.

While we were at a store nearby picking out tile I Googled carpet places nearby. We couldn't be more happy with the find. He walked us around and showed us so many options. We told him our budget and he was happy to work within it. On top of that he came over the next day to measure our rooms and had the installers there within the week. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

REVISING MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: Due to the fact that the NEW OWNER reached out to us to fix the mess from the previous owners from 2 yrs ago. Henry Wuollet did not have to offer to correct or fix anything for us after all this time, but he did and within a day they scheduled time to make the appropriate repairs. I cannot commend him enough for his efforts. We are truly appreciative that he made us a priority and we can now say that we would be comfortable doing business with this company in the future.

The guys doing our carpet were on time, moved the heavy furniture out of all 3 rooms and got to work. They arrived at 8 and left about 10. That included moving furniture ripping out carpet and pads, installing new pad and carpet, then moving furniture back into rooms. We are very happy customers! Can't wait to have the flooring in office done!

Had them lay new carpet in 3 bedrooms in my home. Great work, fast, competitively priced. Definitely will use them in the future. Thank you!

Furniture was moved and workers were very helpful. There are two glaring seams in obvious areas that they tried to fix. I have had a few homes with new carpet. Nothing like this. Never saw or talked to the original salesman again, inspite of calls to the office. They said seams would get better. Its been months and we're now stuck with over 3000 sq ft of carpet.

I came into the store and picked out tile and carpet and asked if they would come give me an estimate and he said he could do it right there. I wanted them to come measure for a more accurate estimate and the guy refused. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Go somewhere else

Just wanted to note for people it is a great place to get material to make mosaics or embellishments for ceramic projects, and by the way to the friendly staff that helped me a year ago the back splash in my kitchen came out great

They were 3 hours late for the estimate. He quoted 100 feet over any other quotes we received and the price was double. Not much of an option.
