One room. Done. Great installers. Sales rep often goes off on non flooring related tangents. Specifics of job estimate not relayed clearly. So, getting flooring installed great. Getting estimate or sales information not so great. Cost higher than expected.

My wife and I moved to the area from Chicago recently. While researching epoxy floor covering contractors I made inquiries to several and Alan from AZ Polished Concrete was the only person to consistently answer my e-mails both during the week and on weekends. The work was performed last weekend and it turned out great! He showed up when he said he was going to and explained the procedure. We're very happy with the quality as well as the communication Alan provided throughout the process. I have a friend down the street that Alan is going to do work for and I'm going to recommend him to all my neighbors.

Already had a place on Scottsdale Rd I was planning to buy tile for my dining room and 3 of our bedrooms. My instinct told me to get a competing quote. Google search results sent me here. The owner took the time to understand my needs and suggested Luxury Vinyl Planks for the bedrooms. Did he say Vinyl? No way was my first thought. He explained vinyl, showed me the planks and explained the virtues of the material. I took some pieces home and fell in love with the look and feel! I am so happy I went in this direction for the bedrooms. And to think I almost chose having to walk on cold tile, usually barefoot in my bedroom! I'm very pleased. Easy to clean, wet or dry. Install was near perfect. A couple areas needed attention, but they were more than happy to correct. As for our tile dining room, it came out beautifully. We color matched as best as we could to go with the existing travertine. Not one single tile is crooked or uneven and I am very particular. Planning to go back when I am ready to complete my fireplace surround.

I was about to use this company for backsplash. Audrey came out, did an estimate. Sent me to some tile places. She told me to get samples and contact her and she will come back out. That never happen. She told me that she was going to stop by but canceled because she was sick. Then told me that she will come the next day and that never happened. Then I get a text saying she can't come for several weeks. My goal was to schedule this for April 15. They wasted my time. I guess they didn't want my business.

Viktor and Mario are fantastic. They did an excellent job replacing our hardwood floors with wood-look vinyl plank, taking care of every last detail, and referring us to a reputable and affordable painter to do some additional work around the house. These guys are honest, trustworthy, and take pride in their work. Highly recommend.

Arizona Carpet & Tile is my go to company for all my floor care needs. They have great pricing and always do a great job. They take care of my carpets and also help me with those stubborn dirty grout lines with my tile. I cant see using another company. I have had other companies treat my floors for me and the price is never the same as they tell you. Arizona Carpet & Tile honors their price and never has hidden costs!!! They truely are the best cpompany for all your Carpet & Tile needs!!!! :)

Divine Installations is a great company to have for any flooring needs. I used them for laminate floor throughout me house. And when it came time, they did the baseboards too. Very friendly and professional. Courteous and clean.

Unbelievably poor workmanship and customer service. Unbelievably poor communication internally and externally. Canceled appointments four days in a row. Tried installing the wrong tile. Installed multiple colors of grout in the same room. Cleaning crews calling me to find out if projects are done because they can’t get a hold of ILG. Tile jobs so poor they’re doing things a third time. Installed a batch of defective tile where we had to replace everything on the first floor. If you’re a home builder, please do not work with ILG. If you’re a home buyer buying a home from a company like Taylor Morrison that works with ILG, be prepared for three years of missed appointments and cracked tile like us.

The most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. I hired Empire to replace my stair case carpet, the technician lacked communication regarding when he would arrive and did not contact me all day. The tech came to my home at 6:30pm and began to work to later inform me he did not have enough material to complete the job at 11pm at night. This was intended to be a one day job and was not completed until 3 days later, management did not respond to my complaint until 3 weeks after the job was completed. They took measurement and photos prior to me selecting my carpet of choice there was no reason to arrive unprepared. I would not recommend this company
