Atomic was referred to me after a couple contractors simply could not deliver. Chase came out and gave us an estimate which was much lower yet more complete than the others. Phase 1 was to install new bamboo flooring in three bedrooms. Ivan came out and in one day did the carpet removal, prep, and install! He is an artist and pure craftsman. Adam was great about scheduling and I now have Hector here doing tile work. These guys/gals are the real deal. In fact I wouldn’t ever call anyone else to work on our home. Thanks to everyone involved!

I had European Design Flooring install new carpet on two flights of stairs, and new countertops with a full backsplash in a kitchen for a clients second home. John Man was great to work with! He provided me with an estimate right away, he communicated every step of the process, and worked within my budget. The work was completed as scheduled and with excellent attention to detail. The kitchen and new carpet look amazing! I couldn’t be more pleased with the finished result.

Apparently my space was small and did not receive the dedication that larger places deserve. There is an area that needs further help with, and they are choosing to not help me with the issue. Unless you are a mansion, or larger location, they do not care.

Due to a flood in our home we needed new floors. We had already been experiencing problems with getting other items back in order. So, when our environment was already upside-down we did need any added stress.

Our dealings with Dynamic Flooring was spot on. From the moment Jeff reached out for service, it was all about superior customer service and ensuring he was assisting with what we needed. Jeff did not overwhelm us with millions of samples, but instead listen to what we were looking for, made some simple suggestions based on his expertise and did what he could to make our project seamless. The flooring install was quick, the install workers were polite and left our home clean when the job was complete. We would, and actually have recommended Jeff and Dynamic Flooring to our friends and family.

The guy who was supposed to give an estimate to my parents ... He started off coming at the wrong time, then when asked to wear a mask as we have people with compromised immune system went out to get a mask and disappeared...
Get a call 3 days later to tell me how the inspection went...I told the person on the phone what had happened ...no apology no follow up....
Do they even deserve a one star. I think not.
Very professional...not.
What a shame.
