Justin’s and his crew where able to squeeze our install in right before Christmas and we were expecting an easy install. When the crew completed the job, we were not happy with the final product. The biggest reason I am leaving a review is due to the outstanding customer service offered by Justin to make things right with our pool fence. They came back after the holidays and redid the problem area to our liking. Justin and crew are the real deal….a company that still gives customer service not lip service. Nice guys all around. Easy to deal with and very responsive. We've dealt with them three times-first time was a perimeter chainlink with barbed wire, second was a wrought iron fence, and most recently the repair of the original chainlink after it was heavily damaged in an accident. Each time has been a breeze to take care of-nothing to worry about during the entire process. This time, we had damage on Sunday and after estimates and quotes, they were out by Thursday (right before a holiday weekend) repairing it. Quality work and we've always had quick turnaround. Highly recommended.

I needed a new clicker for the community and HOA told me to contact Park Pro. Called and got redirected to a voicemail. I left a voicemail and took a week to respond and got my clicker and it did not work. I called them and left left message regarding the issue and gave about a week for responding but got nothing. I kept on calling regarding this and I also email programming department but no answer till I kept on calling the office because it has been 3 weeks since they charged my card and gave me the defective clicker. Finally got an email back and said that he will reset the clicker. Well... It only works for 2 days that I know of and IT IS NOT WORKING again. I had to contact the office again and getting redirected to voicemail and wrote an email with a video detached showing the clicker not working. It has been more than a month now with the same issue and no one can help.

This company was very quick to respond to my residential inquiry and was happy to provide a quote. Once the details and price was verified, Block Fence of Phoenix offered their services within a few weeks and came out to my home for a more detailed measurement, in the middle of the summer. My block wall was finished in two days, and 3 fences were installed 3 days later. Their work was very professional looking and even had my neighbors coming over to ask who did the construction. I highly recommend this company to exceed your block wall and fence needs. Thank you again Block Fence of Phoenix!

Have not used this business and would not, considering one of it’s drivers thinks it’s fitting to do over 80 mph while tailing my husband and I in the HOV, then driving alongside us and turning back to flick us off. Would not trust anyone establishing security access in my home who does not even have common road courtesy and decency to follow road laws and respect drivers who are following the law. Not to mention the obvious anger issues. This would make me question their integrity and I would not feel safe. If you’re road raging in your work vehicle with your company logo and info, be prepared for the consequences.
