We hired Holtzman a year ago to do 3 large projects in our home. We remodeled our bathroom and included a steam unit, added cabinetry throughout the house, and added a nice shiplap accent wall and fireplace in our family room. I want to give a shout out to Will, the supervisor, who took this project under his wing and made sure every detail was covered and the job was done right from the beginning. I couldn't be happier about how things turned out and we are loving everything they did. If I have more projects, I am calling Holtzman and you should too! If you get Will as your supervisor, that is a huge bonus!

Huge shout out to Tom (plumber) who came to our house today to fix a clog in our line that was causing the toilet to back up into the shower. He was efficient and knowledgeable and was in and out in about a half hour -- leaving a clean, flowing drain for us! I just contacted PJH yesterday to report this plumbing issue, so I was thrilled by how quickly they and Tom came to our rescue!

They are very honest, excellent quality, great communication, reasonably priced. They even clean up after they are done.

In construction, Atelier 507 was very proactive and attentive to detail. With any renovation, small unexpected things happen, but the key is the way those issues are resolved. SCAMMERS!! Rip Off Artists!! Stay Clear... these people do substandard work and hire unlicensed people. As soon as they get your Insurance info that is their ticket to the lottery.
They removed my entire roof when only a 1/3 was authorized just to pocket $$!
Unprofessional. Unethical. And, when the Owner knows the Judge by first name that will tell you how many times people have taken them to small claims court.

The crew of Home Concepts did an excellent job of remodeling our bathroom. They are punctual, professional, pleasant, and affordable, and they complete the job quickly. You just can't go wrong with these guys

We buit our house with David Mikes. We were worried we wouldn't know how to handle such a large project. Fortunately, we were lucky enough to have David as our contractor.

David would set up weekly meetings with his subcontractor or company contact. We would meet with David and the specialist in the area we were looking at that week. The meetings were always very productive because David was right there helping with decisions, dimensions, architectural plans and logistics to make the process smooth.

I have four other fiends who were building at the same time with other companies. They did not have the same easy experience we had. Most of them had to hire designers and work on their own schedules to make selections needed to move forward in a timely manor.

David was very good about reminding us about costs. He wanted to make sure there were no surprises when we decided to upgrade in many different areas.

We have never had trouble reaching David. He is very prompt in answering phone, texts and emails. He handles situations quickly without any complaint. He has handled the punch list very responsibly. We have no complaints.

Over the building process we also became very good friend's with David Mikes. Through all the many meetings over the build time, he was always very enjoyable to be around. We all have many good memories of building our dream home.

The job was done professionally and looks absolutely amazing. They installed my roof, siding, bay wondows, and solar panels. Dealing with one company that is able to complete all your jobs is very convenient. Would highly recommend.

Our installer was Jon Boyer. He was great. Very professional and very friendly. If we re-do our other bath, we would definitely request Jon as our installer again. Jon and his assistant, Manny were pleasant to work with. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because there was a delay in getting the materials so our install date was pushed back about a week and a half and we did not get updates on the delays or anything between those 6 weeks, like the sales guy told us we would. We had to call them a couple of times to find out the status. But as far as the install with Jon, he gets 5 stars.

Hunter did remodeling work on my bathroom. He did a fabulous job. Professional, thoughtful, and meticulous with his work. Highly recommend!
