I experienced Pros & Cons:
Pros: Sales guy was nice, worked with me on different options and so did Melanie in the office. She was super responsive and flexible, so the front end of the job went well. And the execution was done with professionalism and quality workmanship. We are pleased with final product.
Cons: The scheduling was frustrating and the online portal was not always up to date. What was quoted as a 1-2 day job took 1.5 weeks. We did not always receive accurate or timely updates on when the next guy was coming (plumbing, electric, counter, drywall, etc). When I voiced my concerns to Jeff the schedule guy stating that he wasn't managing my expectations well, he shared that it wasn't his job to manage my expectations. That was disappointing. I escalated to the service manager who did not get back to me during the process, however after the job was complete I got a call from the owner who listened to my concerns and apologized for not setting/managing my expectations.
Bottom line: At times a frustrating experience, but quality end result.

We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

Great customer service! I had no problems reaching any representatives and no problem getting answers. Showed up as scheduled to get the work done. Did an entire inspection of the attic and found additional problems from our last contractor. Fixed everything and didn't charge an arm and leg for the extra items they discovered.
They can also give you free quotes/estimates with realistic images/drawings of what the finished work will look like. I recommend!

North Phoenix Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling Team was beyond amazing, they helped us install some pretty tricky pieces successfully, they also painted and smoothed a wall. Great services.

Jordan was fantastic - great customer service, friendly, competent, willing to stay and troubleshoot the real problem, even cleaned my fan and helped my daughter while the ladder was up. Awesome job! We would definitely recommend tis company. We went withRedemption Renovations to remodel our kitchen because they could do everything we wanted done: paint cabinets, install countertop and sink, undated a recessed lighting area for track lighting, paint the ceiling and install backsplash. Michael worked with us on an estimate and the time schedule worked just as said it would. He was easy to contact and kept us informed of the schedule. Any subcontractors came at the scheduled time and did excellent work. Adam, the owner came by when completed to be sure it was as agreed. The best part, the entire process took us a little over three weeks to complete as scheduled.

George was exceptional! He went up and beyond helping my husband and I purchase a Tub to Shower conversion installation. He walked us through the process and took lots of time answering all of our questions and helping us pick out products. I had two bathrooms redone for the shower and bath tub. Professional work done by contractors. Owner isn’t professional and they don’t keep you in the loop or return calls. Lack of communication amongst the employees. Would not recommend to anyone!

Xtra Mile was comunicative, and easy to work with. Work was finished before their timeline and looks great. We had them install a new tile shower that is perfect. Tile and drywall in our worship. They even painted. It has been a pleasure working with them.
