Best Whole Home Remodel in Phoenix AZ

I recently had Phoenix Home Remodeling complete renovations in both my master and guest bathrooms, kitchen, and entertainment wall in my home. I can’t tell you how happy I am with the results!! The process they set in place and communication on a daily basis made the entire project so much easier than expected. The use of Buildertrend software helped to keep me on budget and communication between the team and myself seamless. The team of employees were amazing to work with; especially given this was my first time remodeling a home. The work and amount of care for my home, lifestyle (we lived in the house during the construction), and quality of work was evident from day one until completion. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a home project or upgrades. I am pleased beyond measure with my newly updated home and cannot thank Phoenix Home Remodeling enough for their time, effort, and personalization they put in to making this project well worth the investment. Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

I currently work for Ben and finally found an employer that isn’t afraid or to good to bust his butt day in day out on the whole project with his employees! He is very meticulous, knowledgeable, and extremely accurate in all of his projects. He is the definition of a caring boss and professional businessman!... Can’t wait to see how many more families dream homes we make come to life!

We contacted D&D construction for a small but significant repair to an exterior stucco wall. We left a message and received a phone call in a few minutes to schedule a visit for the following day. Dion was on time and give a prompt estimate. The work was completed the next day, efficiently and cleanly. Received a picture of the property showing the condition before and after the visit, and payment was done online.

Watch out for this company during rush hour traffic. Whoever drives the black Chevy/GMC crew cab towing the Holtzman trailer will bully his way over from the slow lane to the HOV lane almost hitting other vehicles with the trailer.

My wife and I hired Ross to remodel our bathrooms and add a pantry to our kitchen and are very happy with the results. The bathrooms feel fresh and modern and the pantry integrates into the kitchen flawlessly as if that were the original design. Throughout the process, Ross juggled the balance of style, practicality, and affordability. He was professional in communicating, working with our schedule, respectful of our space (he kept everything VERY clean), reliable, and punctual. Overall, Ross is a pleasure to work with; he clearly takes pride in his work and delivers as if he were working with his own money on his house. We have ideas for future remodeling projects and he will be our first choice!

Honest and reliable

Recently had an interior door widened to permit wheelchair access at my son's group home. Republic West sent a terrific carpenter to do the job. He arrived promptly and immediately prepared the area to keep it as clean as possible. He worked steadily and efficiently during the three hours and the final job is excellent. When finished, he was quite thorough in cleaning up the mess. No one could guess this was not the original door, frame, and moulding. Assuming his work is indicative of the quality of remodeling done by Republic West, I will recommend them to others. (P.S. Our wheelchair users send a great big THANK YOU!)

Spoke to them about a bathroom remodeling. They said they would have an estimater call me back. That was 3 weeks ago.

The first time I worked on one of Project Construction LLC's jobs as a sub it was evident that Robert knew what he was doing. He's well organized, clean, and likes to work smart. Not to mention, his attention to detail is outstanding. I give this builder two thumbs up and will use him on all of my personal projects in the future.

Just completed a total remodel of our home . New kitchen and flooring and room addition . European modern cabinets and custom made for us . We saved thousands of dollars , competed on time . Great job

My wife and I are extremely happy with how everything turned out! We had a entire bathroom remodeled, part of our kitchen updated, and had tile installed in majority of our home. I can’t say enough good things about Phoenix Home Remodeling, they communicated well, met all deadlines, and worked around our schedule.

We worked with the team at Design Lab to update our home. We took out some walls to open the space, replaced the flooring, painted the entire house, transformed 2 bathrooms and remodeled the kitchen. We couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. Design Lab is THE place to go if you want someone that will work with you and your budget to get what you want.

Everything started out great. But little instances happened where they would not show up when they said they would. Then there was an instance with finances on their end needing us to pay more upfront in advance, which we were apprehensive of.. in case they did not want to come back. They actually came back when it comes to that instance. But now they have disappeared. The projects that they have done are not completely finished, but the work they did looks good. When contacting them they do not answer or they call back in a week with some type of excuse. But they say that you're still coming back.. but yet to have do so. At this point we are just looking for them to finish what they have started and we can go with someone else to handle the completion. We still wanted to get some other things done, but I would rather not have them start what they cannot finish.
