Best Tub Surround in Phoenix AZ

The staff & team of West Shore were absolutely AMAZING!! They were attentive & available for any questions we had. Our installers, Barry A. & Logan M., ensured the floors were protected while bringing in their equipment & they both walked us thru every step of the process. The end product was so beautiful that it genuinely made my mom cry. If you are deciding to replace your tub or, do what we did, & replace your tub with a walk in shower, then look no further...these guys are PHENOMENAL!!

They did work on our bathroom 5 years ago finding out recently. That they cut so many corners on the work they did . Would highly recommend not using them.

The installation specialists did a terrific job remodeling our shower and removing the bathtub. I could not have asked for anything better.

The installers, Cordell B. and Deshaun B. , arrived as scheduled and were very cordial and professional. The job required demolition of the existing tile shower enclosure and a partial wall, requiring the use of a jack-hammer. They covered the flooring from the entrance to the bath and kept dirt to a minimum. The water was shut off for a very short time. The new Jacuzzi enclosure was installed, joints sealed, fixtures mounted, and job finished the same day. They left the site as clean as before they started.

Ross turned our outdated primary suite into a beautiful, functional new space. Our jetted tub from 1990 is now a spacious shower outfitted with gorgeous natural stone. What was once our muted yellow stall shower is now a linen closet with ample storage. Floors, paint, fixtures, and the works - my husband and I absolutely love our new space.

Ross was easy to work with, tidy, and punctual. He took my envisioned design and improved it. Ross is very detail-oriented and thorough — you can tell he puts his heart into what he does.

Not many.

I've personally seen him have his tile sub contractors remove some tile to get it right. Here, the Butler Casita shows the beauty of those joints.
