Best Tile Floor in Phoenix AZ

From first contact to finish the experience was beyond my expectations! The communication, collaboration, and attention to detail was first class. The bathroom tub removal & shower install was completed on time and at budget. I can't wait to start an even bigger project with Phoenix Home Remodeling.

Awful. Guy shows up first day to clear a slow draining sink, no tools or ladder. Matter of fact, no work truck. Looks at sink and says yep, it's slow to drain. I'll have to come back tomorrow to snake it. Comes back the next day, no tools or work truck. Wanders around my house for 15 mins and says the stoppage is at the main and my warranty co doesn't cover it then leaves. The most unprofessional professional I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Good luck with this company, you're going to need it.

Giving 3 stars for the estimate experience I had today. I have a very very small bathroom that needs to be remodeled. I have had a few other contractors come out to give me quotes. All quotes lived in the $10,000.00 or less zone. Steve quoted me $45,000.00 plus $2000.00 redesign plan. I was shocked and explained that we would not be spending anything near that amount.
I wish I would have been told over the phone before taking the time to work from home that they are a very high budget contract company so we would not have wasted my time or their time. I would never pay 4x the quoted amount from others let alone have them come out to quote me that. I recommend informing potential customers over the phone ahead of time in the future.

Maintenance man Tom worked efficiently and seemed knowledgeable.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the overall project. There are always hiccups when doing home renovations but Al and his crew were very professional and kept me in the loop through each and every step.

This was Day 1 and it could not have gone better. The demo team was professional and a lot fun and made sure that the job site was clean and we were happy before the left for the night. Looking forward to seeing the completed project.

Juan has worked for our family business as well as for my home and has come thru in every aspect. He shows such integrity and takes pride in his work. He is punctual and very dependable. I highly recommend him.

My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! We needed our master bathroom shower remodeled to accommodate a wheelchair user. After hearing about all the problems people encountered on bad jobs we were paranoid about choosing a contractor. We decided to go with Independence because they specialized in handicapped remodeling. We met with Mike to go over our project, got a quote, and set a start date. His crew arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. When a few project hitches came up (which they almost always do) they were resolved to our complete satisfaction.

Independence charged a fair price, honored their quote, started on time, did an excellent job, finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. What more could a customer ask for? I would recommend them without hesitation.

Manny M and Juan B arrived on time went right to work and completed bathtub replacement with new shower stall. Stall looks great and works fine. From arrival to cleanup and departure this crew worked hard and were very helpful in keeping us aware of their work and status. Profession and courteous.

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. We had our shower and tub removed and AZ bath masters remodeled the area into a beautiful walk in shower. It turned out awesome, Noah and Justin were the installers and they were wonderful, very respectful and courteous. Jim and Scotti were both very nice, our only complaint was that we had to keep calling to ask for dates or times of arrival instead of them communicating frequently with us, but when they said the workers would be there at a certain time they always were. I would recommend them for sure, the final product is awesome, absolutely love the tyvarian!!!!

Getting my drywall repaired in my bathroom and garage was easy once I called this company. I first had an appointment for one of their team members who came over and took some pictures. Later the same day I received an estimate that was reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. My project was finished and it looks so good my neighbors can't even tell the previous damage happened. Thank you.
