Erika and her team remodeled our house in north Scottsdale. She was always on time, offered design input when needed, and managed the project even while I was remote. We design and manufacture custom cabinetry for Robert Valenti and worked with him to design and make all the cabinetry for his project. The entire project was so clean and well managed. We had rebath come out to give a quote on total remodel on a 5x10 accessory bathroom. After a long drawn out process and sales pitch that literally took 2 hours of our time on a saturday, the rep that came out quoted us $65,000. We are talking one simple sink and cabinet, toilet, take out a tub/shower and put in a walk in shower, some minor drywall work, tile flooring, paint. No plumbing or electrical work. I almost fell off the chair. I just had a local contractor come out and quoted us $7,000. WAY too many mouths to feed going up this food chain. $65,000 are you freaking nuts!!!

My wife and I finally decided to take the leap and remodel our kitchen, master bath, guest bath and a few other smaller projects like our railing, front door ect…. We vetted several companies before getting referred to Signature Kitchen and Bath. We were referred to them by a friend who had used them on three previous jobs. It was reassuring to have a personal reference whom we knew and had used them repeatedly.

I would strongly recommend Signature Kitchen and Bath and will be using them for future projects. It was great to finally find a company that could manage all the various projects we wanted done simultaneously while not inconveniencing our family. Having a dedicated project manager who was willing to accommodate our schedule with three young kids was great. Ben was very knowledgeable, personable, dependable, responsive, and reliable throughout the entire process.

The best thing about working with Signature Kitchen and Bath was the transparency. A project of this size was a considerable investment and could have been much more stressful than it already was if we didn’t have the open communication and transparency Ben showed. We were able to get everything we wanted done on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to our daily activities. It was a relief to have someone managing our project who could put our minds at ease by recognizing, empathizing, and resolving any unexpected issues and/or concerns that arose.

The most impressive part of the process was the management of all the different companies and tradesmen who came through our home to get this project completed. Everyone was polite, professional, considerate and courteous. It was nice to have so many crews who would clean up after themselves at the end of every day and respect the fact that we were still living here throughout the whole project.

A month after our project has completed, we have no regrets about working with Ben and Signature Kitchen and Bath. I would hire them again without a second thought and recommend them to friends and family.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I have been waiting over 6 months for these flakes to show up. No communication unless you call them and even then it takes days for them return your calls.

I keep getting the typical excuse, labor issues, supply chain etc...

Its seems like the owner is a one man show and nothing happens without him. That would be great except is about 80 years old!!!

From the designer to the installers it was a great experience. They all were professional people with great listening skills and knowledge. I definitely recommend closets by design!
